Perfekte Oase für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Wir haben 10 sehr entspannte Tage in Patrizias Ferienhaus verbracht. Trotz der teilweisen recht heißen Tage war das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss noch angenehm kühl und auch in den restlichen Räumen konnte man sich gut aufhalten. Unser Lieblingsplatz war allerdings die überdachte Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Das Ferienhaus (Küche usw.) war genau richtig ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Patrizia und Massimo haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns gleich ein paar gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes haben sie uns auch nochmal frische Handtücher gebracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise hat problemlos geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Enttäuschend. Preis- Leistung schlecht.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter an der Dorfkirche abgeholt. Mit seinem Geländewagen fuhr er einen unbefestigten und schmalen Waldweg zum Haus. Dieser Weg, der schon in den anderen Kommentaren erwähnt wird, nicht aber in der Beschreibung durch die Vermieter, ist für ein normales Auto samt Fahrer eine Zumutung. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber. Leider bleiben in der Objektbeschreibung einige Aspekte unerwähnt, u. a. dass die Versorgung des Gebäudes mit Regenwasser erfolgt. Es gibt es keine Zentralheizung, wir in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt, sondern, neben Holzöfen, einen sehr lauten Pelletsofen, der die Schlafräume beheizt. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet und sehr einfach gebaut. Es gibt kaum Arbeitsfläche. Im ganzen Haus sind viele Duftöle aufgestellt, welche unangenehm riechen. Zum Entspannen steht lediglich eine kleine Couch zur Verfügung, auf die man sich als Erwachsener nicht ausstrecken kann. Die Stühle des Esszimmers und auf der Terrasse sind sehr hart und ohne Polsterung. Die Lackierung des Tisches klebt unangenehm. Auf der Terrasse gibt es weder Liegestühle oder Sonnenliegen . Wer zwischendurch ein Nickerchen machen möchte muss zwangsläufig ins Bett. Die Haustüre wird mit einem einfachen Bart-Schlüssel abgeschlossen, so dass wir in Abwesenheit Angst um unsere Wertgegenstände hatten. Diese Punkte könnte man akzeptieren, wenn der Mietpreis nicht so hoch gewesen wäre. Für den von uns gezahlten Preis hatten wir mehr Komfort erwartet. Aufgrund des schlechten Anfahrtsweges zum Haus, der Enttäuschung über die mangelhaften Sitz-und Liegemöbel und des für uns unangemessenen Preis- Leistungsverhältnisses sind wir, sehr enttäuscht, vorzeitig abgefahren. Da konnte auch der Blick aus weiter Ferne auf den See nicht trösten.

Viel Ruhe und Entspannung mit Hund

Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt sehr ruhig im Wald. Die Zufahrt kann als unbefestigt bezeichnet werden, Geländewagen klar von Vorteil. Die Aussicht auf den See ist herrlich. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall der Aufstieg zur Kapelle San Zeno, direkt über dem Haus. Für Menschen mit Hund absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus!!! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für alle die etwas Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen genau das Richtige. Man hat einen tollen Blick ins Tal und auf den Comer See.

DIE PERFEKTE RUHEOASE

Unsere kleine Familie ( Wir 32/30 Jahre unsere Tochter 3 Jahre und unseren zwei Huskys )verbrachte zwei traumhaft schöne Wochen in dieser sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr genau beschrieben, und die Bilder reflektieren den aktuellen Zustand. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Patrizia&Massimo bewirtschaften das Haus mit Herzblut und stehen mit sehr guten Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Aktivitäten immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben die Aussicht auf dem Frühstücksbalkon genossen und am Abend das gemütliche und wärmende Kaminfeuer. Auch das Einkaufen im kleinen Dorfladen mit regionalen Käsespezialitäten ist eine Empfehlung wert. Es gibt nur Positives zu berichten, die Gegend ist so vielfältig und schön, dass zwei Woche kaum reichen, um alles zu genießen. Großen Dank an die Vermieter Patrizia&Massimo für ihre außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft. PS: zu dem Weg zum Haus also wir sind jeden Tag hoch und runter den Weg gefahren wen man vorsichtig fährt stellt der Weg keine große Herausforderung da, so viel zum Thema... Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus Weiterempfehlen! Viele Grüße!

Excellent and charming house in Schignano

We really enjoyed our stay from 9 May until 19 May 2018 in this wonderful house on the mountain side of the village. Everything was as the Photos of the house showed us when we booked the house, even the wonderful view over the lake from the terrace of the house. Patrizia and Massimiliano, the owners of the house, were really very kind and had lit up in the woodburning stove when we arrived. Just the narrow and uneven road from the village up to the house made the last part of the trip a bigger challenge than expected. We highly recommend renting this beautiful house in quiet, romantic and historic surroundings. Rosalina & Arne T.

Einmaliges Ferienhaus. Urig und gemütlich mit wunderschöner Lage und Atmosphäre.

Die leichte Abgeschiedenheit im Wald der Berge um den Comer See lässt einen sehr gut entspannen und abschalten. Die Lage lädt zum Wandern ein, aber auch für Ausflüge zum See oder nach Como muss nicht viel Zeit eingeplant werden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet. Einzig die wirklich unbefestigte Straße den Berg hinauf durch den Wald zum Haus sollte von Gästen ohne Geländewagen nicht unterschätzt werden. Es empfiehlt sich im Ort zu parken und den Aufstieg zu Fuß in Kauf zu nehmen.

Lovely property as a Lake Como base.

Great property. Great view down to the lake. Very unique. 20 minute drive down to the lake. Make sure you have good car ground clearance to get up the road. A very interesting drive!!

Perfecto para no olvidar

Que decir de la casa ... encantadora, acogedora, sus chimeneas, su terraza donde desayunar y cenar ... su entorno, sus vistas al lago ... Todo ello hace que la estancia sea inolvidable ... hay lugar y tiempo para todo, para descansar, para disfrutar de bonitos paseos, tiempo para disfrutar con tu pareja a la luz de las chimeneas ... en definitiva ... unos días inolvidables ... solo un pequeño pero a tan maravillosa estancia ... el agua caliente disponible es un poco justa para 4 personas, un ligero inconveniente que no desmerece todo lo vivido ahí ...

Lovely sechluded getaway home

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The description was accurate, the layout and overall look and feel of the hut was very relaxing. The property was very clean and well maintained. The very friendly owners even had a fire going and waiting for us when we arrived. I would recommend this property as a getaway. Something to be aware of is the road leading up to the hut is very narrow and hard to navigate with a large car. Consider buying supplys before going up to the hut. The property is very schedluded and peaceful we did however visit one nice pizzeria near the home. Unfortunately the day before we were going to leave the water ran out/stopped working. This is something to be aware of if staying for a longer period of time. Overall we all enjoyed our getaway.

A jewel for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts

Che dire se non semplicemente fantastico !

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questa bellissima baita sopra Argegno,sul lago di Como.Siamo amanti della natura e della quiete e questa baita ci ha proprio regalato delle emozioni bellissime. Quanto è descritto da Patrizia e Massimo è esattamente uguale a quanto abbiamo trovato. E' tutto nuovo e arredato con buon gusto! La vista che si gode dalla terrazza sull'isola comacina è stupenda Abbiamo portato con noi i nostri due cani che hanno goduto delle belle passeggiate che si possono fare in Val d'Intelvi,fra prati,boschi e natura vera. Consiglio quindi questa esperienza che abbiamo vissuto a chi,come noi,ama la tranquillità,lo stare a contatto con la natura,senza essere troppo distanti dalle comodità. Patrizia e Massimo si sono resi disponibili per le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ci hanno dato delle dritte per le passeggiate che si potevano fare. Grazie a loro per l'ospitalità e a presto,spero Antonella e Giancarlo con Lilli e Fluke

Relax nel bosco ammirando il lago di Como

Innanzi tutto un doveroso ringraziamento a Patrizia e Massimo, ottimi padroni di casa, accoglienti e disponibili, simpatici e discreti. La baita è ristrutturata con cura e gusto, nel rispetto dell'ambiente che la circonda. Arredata con eleganza e completa di tutto ciò che può servire durante la permanenza (compresa la lavatrice). Tutta la casa è funzionale: cucina e soggiorno efficienti e camere da letto comode e gradevoli, il bagno è dotato di una doccia comoda, il grande camino è il fulcro della casa ed aggiunge a tutto il contesto una nota di romanticismo. Anche la parte esterna è molto fruibile: da un grande terrazzo si accede direttamente nel giardino, c'è a disposizione anche un bbq. La baita "De Smail" è situata lungo una mulattiera ai margini di un bosco, poco sopra il paese di Schignano. La posizione consente di vedere un largo scorcio del Lago di Como, ammirando l'Isola Comacina e la Punta Balbianello. Noi siamo stati ospiti solo due giorni, col nostro cane, che si è divertito moltissimo: libero di passeggiare per il bosco circostante. Ci siamo rilassati di giorno nel prato antistante la baita, passeggiando per i sentieri che circondano la casa e la sera nel buio e nel silenzio in cui è immersa la baita… La consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono veramente "staccare" dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana...
