the middle of the Queyras Regional Park ground floor of a chalet ambiance massive wooden chalet for 6 people awaits you for your holidays in the mountains the cottage is south .l private entrance with terrace overlooking the mountains .the Chalet is a the release of our beautiful village which shares the ski resort (molines / saint veran). The highest commune EUROPE. SUMMER and WINTER many activities are offered, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, games ... walks outstanding area for nature lovers: a heritage rich in emotion. The chalet is located has 300M CENTRE of MOLINES (City hall, library, tourist, restaurant butchers bakers) The ski resort is located 800m from the chalet was, we just get there on foot, skis, bus or car.

une emplacement au calme , un chalet confortable.(literie confortable) une petit extérieur appréciable. vous êtes dans un cocon , entourés de végétation. je recommande cette location. belle balade à pied pour aller à St Véran. séjour Molines

Josephine est gentille et nous a prêté des serviettes.Nous avons du déneiger l'entrée car sinon c'était dangereux car plein de glace et ça patine avec les voitures et du coup dangereux pour transporter les petits. Il est vrai qu'elle ne peut plus le faire à son âge. Une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre et fait 5 m2. Le lit en hauteur comporte une poutre qui fait qu'il est compliqué de descendre sans encombre si la mobilité est réduite. Par contre, il faut savoir que le devis Abritel n'est pas suffisant car il y a l'électricité à payer en plus selon la propriétaire alors qu’abritel confirme que cela doit être noté ds le devis. Du coup, Josephine n'était pas satisfaite car nous dit que c'était indiqué sur l'annonce alors que quand vous payez en carte bleue ça n'apparait pas (en effet c'est en tout petit dans les détails de l'annonce). Le chien du voisin se promène en liberté dans le jardin ce qui rend le fait de laisser jouer les enfants compliqué, d autant plus qu’il y fait ses excréments (pareil que nous avons dû évacuer).Compliqué pour débarrasser les poubelle lors du départ car il faut payer pour les déchets ou les amener avec vous dans la vallée car les propriétaires paient une taxe proportionnelle aux déchets générés depuis 2025 avec une histoire de carte pour ouvrir les poubelles. Elle n'a pas organisé le tri dans la location alors qu'à Molines il faut bien trier. Donc qqles surcouts et huile de coude en plus mais propriétaire plutôt gentille.

L’emplacement en plein cœur de Molines-en-Queyras avec toutes commodités accessibles à pied est un vrai plus. Logement traditionnel dans son jus mais fonctionnel pour un couple ou une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants. merci à Mijo et Jacky pour leur extrême gentillesse et leur réactivité à nos demandes.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans un chalet bien situé avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Situé très près de la boulangerie et de la boucherie avec des produits excellents. Mijo est une personne charmante, attentionnée ; toujours à l'écoute et qui sait rendre service tout en étant discrète; bref séjour à refaire si possible.
