Le Chant de la Mer is a bright, functional and spacious house. It is surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1200m2, ideal if you have a pet or young children.
The house sleeps 6 people (3 bedrooms upstairs).
It is 800m from the sandy beach of Mousterlin, 400m from the hiking trail GR34 and 300m from the bakery.

We will welcome you in person on your arrival and will be in contact with you if you have any questions before the start of your stay.

Animal policy:
We occasionally accept a maximum of one pet per stay with the written agreement of the owner prior to booking.

Une quinzaine merveilleuse

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette maison de Fouesnant, proche de la pointe de Mousterlin. L’endroit est très calme, le jardin est magnifique, vastes et clos, ce qui nous a apporté un vrai soulagement par rapport à notre fils. La maison est bien équipée et bien décorée. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Un grand merci à Morgane et sa maman, adorables toutes les deux, qui se sont montrées très disponibles et à l’écoute durant notre séjour.

arrivée prévue à 16h avons du attendre 17H30 pour avoir la maison !! maison sympa, bien équipée en vaisselle mais qui manque d'entretien aussi bien au niveau du ménage que des extérieurs, pelouse tondue mais les tontes restent sur place et le reste du jardin et les plates bandes sont envahies par les mauvaises herbes, dommage !! sinon m

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit großem Garten

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang vor Ort mit kleiner Aufmerksamkeit. Das Haus und der Garten sind in sehr gutem Zustand, die Lage ist des Hauses ist sehr geschickt. Vor allem die Nähe zum Meer und zum Bäcker hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Waren wunderbare zwei Wochen Urlaub.

We loved our stay here. The garden was large enough for us to put up a badminton net and the sun loungers made relaxing very pleasurable. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was in walking distance and the boulangerie was really close. What more could you want?

Schönes Haus auf einem tollen Grundstück in einer herrlichen Region

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund, haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Der Bäcker und eine Creperie sind um die Ecke, der Strand ist nicht weit und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu Wandern und Spazieren zu gehen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns viel angeschaut: Quimper, Benodet, Carnac, Concarneau, Pointe du Raz, Fouesnant ... Diese Region ist wirklich schön.

Brilliant holiday experience

We are a retired couple and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday experience at Villa Chant de la Mer. It is a beautiful house and beautifully presented with everything we needed except English speaking TV!! But who needs it on holiday in France? When weather was good we enjoyed the garden, moving the table and chairs to areas shaded by trees. Easy walk to lovely beaches along quiet roads. Easy drives to Benodet, Pont Aven and Concarneau. and great hypermarket in Fouesnant. Communication with owner was easy and friendly and even arranged early entry to property through lovely host, Nikol. When we left Morgane's mother and Nikol bade us farewell. Altogether a brilliant holiday experience and one we would love to repeat. Thank you Morgane.

location conforme à notre attente, avons passé un agréable séjour malgré un temps maussade.Avons apprécié l'accueil et les conseils de notre Propriétaire sur les différents endroits à visiter. Nous pouvons recommander cette location sans l'ombre d'un doute. IL ne nous a manqué qu'un porte-manteau dans la salle de Bain......Peu de chose !
