Great appartment in perfect location

The appartment is perfect for your stay in 'Le Brusc'. It is super propper, quiet, safe and perfectly located to the beaches and port of Le Brusc. Even as a windsurfer you will have enough space to store your equipement. You can walk to the beach with your gear under your arm ;-) Fabien, the host, and his family are super helpful regarding all your needs. Their hospitality is great. We will be back when we return to 'Le Brusc'.

Traumurlaub in schönem Ambiente

Wir haben in dieser ebenerdigen FeWo mit grosser Terrasse / Garten wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Das Vermieterpaar stand uns mit Rat und Tat, sowie einem herzlichen Willkommen zur Seite. Aufgrund der Lage direkt am Meer und der unmittelbaren Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants wurde unser Auto kaum bewegt. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Ein schattiger Parkplatz stand auf dem gesicherten , umfriedeten Grundstück zur Verfügung. Ideal für Familienurlaub. Allgemein ist die Wohnung modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es fehlte an Nichts. Wir werden bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder kommen. Mit herzlichen Grüssen an Familie Bianci aus der Schweiz

Petite précision. Il ne s agit pas d un salon, salle à manger ,cuisine mais simplement d un salon cuisine avec table pour repas de 15 m2 disponible ( donc hors éléments de cuisine ) plus attenant terrasse couverte de 20 m2 avec table de jardin pour repas, plus jardin privatif et parking privatif ainsi que 2 chambres, salle d eau avec douche à l Italienne et wc indépendant.

Einfach Ein perfekter Ort

Es war alles sehr unkompliziert abgelaufen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Klimaanlagen und ist an einer idealen Lage, der Strand ist 3 min zu Fuss entfernt. Es gibt alles in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wassersport(Windsurfschule) , Stein-, sowie auch Sandstrand und auch einen kleinen Hafen. Wir waren zu viert und das eine Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und das andere Hochgestell, was ideal für unsere Reise war:) Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Merci

Super appartement proche de tout

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement neuf. Rien ne manque et il est encore mieux en vrai qu'en photo. Très bien équipé, il dispose en plus d'espace suffisant pour 4 personnes. Et l'extérieur est génial, avec ombre ou soleil selon les envies de chacun. A noter la possibilité de mettre la voiture dans l'enceinte de la maison... L'appartement se trouve à quelques pas de la plage, très proche du port et des commerces, vraiment très central tout en offrant un calme absolu. Il est à souligner aussi la disponibilité, la réactivité et surtout la gentillesse de Fabien qui avait préparé notre arrivée avec de gentilles attentions. Nous louerons assurément à nouveau ici si nous revenons à Six Fours, à bientôt j'espère

Beim Mietobjekt handelt es sich um eine vor 2 Jahren neu erstellte Wohnung. Die Einrichtung liegt deutlich über dem Durchschnitt unserer Erfahrungen in der gleichen Gemeinde. Alles ist sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Wohnungsinstruktion sind durch die Vermieter persönlich und unkompliziert erledigt worden. Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig und nur wenige Schritte von einem sehr schönen, überwachten Sandstrand und der Windsurfstation/SUP/Kajak Meer entfernt. Das Auto steht sicher im Innenhof der Liegenschaft. Der Vorplatz der Wohnung lässt viel Raum für Windsurfsegel oder andere Sportgeräte. Wir können das Appartement nur bestens empfehlen.
