The house is situated on a 1000 m2 plot in a small, quiet cottage area. There is a large living room, open living room with two sofas and a TV. Dining room seating for 7 people. From the living room a staircase leads up to the sleeping loft. Here no standing room, but room for 5 people. The kitchen is open and bright with access to a terrace. Here is a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. A smaller bedroom with closet and 140 cm double bed. In addition, a sun room with sleeping space for 1 pers. Bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Washer and dryer.
Note: for the total rental price, DKK 2.40 will be charged for use per kW current. Bed linen and towels can be provided. rented for a fee. The accommodation must be cleaned by tenants even before departure. The refrigerator is emptied and the food residue is disposed of.

Schönes Objekt aber mit verschmutztem Geschirr, Spinnweben in den Ecken und fettiger Dunstabzugshaube. Die Kommunikation der Vermieterin war im Nachhinein nicht korrekt und unfair. So wurde uns u.a. ein kaputtes Kissen, welches wir gar nicht genutzt haben zur Last gelegt! Daher keine Empfehlung von uns!

Alles gut gelaufen

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Dänemark und das schöne Haus von Ulla war uns ein sehr guter Start- und Endpunkt jeden Tag. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen auch bei manchmal durchwachsenem Wetter könnten wir immer eine passende Aktivität mit etwas Fahrzeit erreichen.

Ferienhaus mit Flair

Wer ein typisches kleines dänisches Holzferienhaus sucht, welches durch sein Alter schon ein gewisses Flair ausstrahlt, mit Liebe eingerichtet ist und einem das Gefühl gibt zu Hause zu sein, der ist hier richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es hat am nichts gefehlt. Das tolle Wetter hat natürlich auch dazu beigetragen. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Schöner ,erholsamer Urlaub in schön eingerichteter Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten erholsame 2 Ferienwochen im Fasanenhaus in Kramnitse Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet alles was wir benötigten. Vor allem die frischen Kräuter im Garten haben wir genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert und ein netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Gerne wieder

Schönes, großzügiges Haus mit sichtgeschütztem Garten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation sehr schnell. Der Schlafboden unter dem Dach heizt sich im Sommer naturgemäß etwas auf. Schön wären hier Rollos zum Verdunkeln (statt Handtücher vor dem Fenster). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten 3 wundervolle Tage in der Wohnung. Wir waren an einem sonnigen Tag am schönen, gefühlten Privatstrand und haben es uns dem regnerischen Tag in der Wohnung gemütlich gemacht. Für Entspannung und eine Auszeit vom Alltag ist diese Wohnung perfekt! Wenn Langeweile aufkam, lagen viele Spiele und auch DVDs parat. Im nahegelegendem Ort konnten wir uns für Koch-Sessions ausstatten. Alles in allem war es genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

We stayed for 2 weeks at the holiday home. It was a very pleasant stay with everything we needed. The house is equipped very well. We could find and use everything like garden games, kitchen stuff, television, internet, terrace. The house is situated very close to the beach which is not crowded at all. Supermarkets are not far away (10 min by car). The location close to the ferry is excellent. The house is a great place for some trips to famous sights of Lolland. We definitely plan to come back next year. Thanks for everything.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und geräumiges Haus in direkter Strandnähe

Das Haus ist trotz seiner eher wenigen Quadratmeter groß, geräumig und weitläufig wie auch dank der vielen Türen und Fenster sehr hell. Vier Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt neun Schlafplätzen ein idealer Platz für die etwas größere Familie. Ebenso der Garten bietet ausreichend Platz für Spiel und Spaß und dem gemeinsamen Essen auf der Terrasse. Das Haus hat alles geboten was der Urlaub erfordert. Netterweise hat uns die Vermieterin auf Nachfrage sogar Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein kurzer Fußweg führt an den weitläufigen Strand der kaum Tang oder Quallen hatte, dafür zur Freude der Kinder umso mehr Krebse. Das Haus liegt nur 15min von der Fähre Puttgarden-Rödby was die Anreise aus Deutschland sehr bequem gemacht hat. Ein tolles Haus für einen gemütlichen Urlaub!

Gemütliches Holzhaus in Strandnähe

Sehr schönes und bequemes Sommerhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, unweit vom Strand. Schöner Garten, umgeben von Bäumen. Perfekt für Familien. Die Gastgeberin ist hilfsbereit und bei Rückfragen antwortet schnell. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und schöne Zeit gehabt.

wunderschönes, gemütliches und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der Garten ist groß, so dass die Kinder dort spielen können. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war trotz Ferienzeit sehr wenig los, selbst am Strand. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder!

Herrliches Ferienhaus

Alles war prima. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, der Garten ein Traum, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Fähre unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (sind allerdings froh, dass das Wetter mitgespielt hat, so konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen). Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder!
