Très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement dans une résidence au calme. Très proche de la plage et du club Mickey où nous avons donné des cours de natation à notre fils. La propriétaire est très attentive aux besoins de ces locataires.

Agréable séjour de détente en famille

Au second étage d'une belle résidence très bien entretenue et idéalement située, au calme dans le parc de Royan, à deux pas de la mer et à proximité des commerces, l'appartement est confortable très propre et en excellent état. Le salon donne sur un balcon suffisamment spacieux pour y prendre les repas. L'équipement de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sont fonctionnels. Nous avons apprécie de ne pas avoir fournir linge de toilette ni de drap. Enfin ce logement dispose d'une place de parking nominative. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour

Un très bel appartement

C'est assez exceptionnel de trouver à Royan une prestation de cette qualité. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage de la Grande Conche et du marché du Parc. Le quartier est particulièrement tranquille et agréable avec de très belles villas anciennes à proximité. L'immeuble est en très bon état, les espaces verts étant bien entretenus par le gardien de l'immeuble. L'appartement est vaste, très lumineux et meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Literie impeccable, équipement de cuisine très complet et en très bon état. L'appartement a été remis à neuf très récemment et cela se remarque! Il manque peut-être une armoire dans une chambre, car c'est un peu juste pour ranger le linge. Sinon, je recommande fortement cet appartement à la location et je compte y retourner lors de prochaines vacances.

Très bon séjour chez Malika !

Nous avons passés deux nuits dans l'appartement et nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Il est très propre, bien agencé et très bien équipé. De plus il est à proximité de la plage à peine 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement est très lumineux ce qui est très appréciable. La personne qui nous a accueilli fut très sympathique et chaleureuse ! Je recommande les yeux fermés!

Nice flat not far from the beach

well equipped and a good size. The only negative point is that there is no shower only a bath. It had WIFI. I had taken bedding from the uk, but on arrival found that the beds were made that was great but since I was traveling by train, I would have welcome knowing that. The lady who had the keys, popped over quite quickly with them so that was great.

Appartement de qualité pour un séjour réussi ...

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Mieux encore, il a été refait à neuf. Il est lumineux et bénéficie d'une triple orientation. Il est spacieux, agréable et sa terrasse (au calme et sans vis-à -vis) est appréciable et permet de profiter du soleil tout l'après-midi face aux arbres. Il est très bien situé, proche de la mer, et d'un petit marché où les produits sont de qualité. Le centre ville reste accessible à pieds. La propriétaire est très sympathique et soucieuse de la qualité du séjour de ses locataires, et a toujours été disponible en cas de demandes. Il en est de même de la personne qui nous a remis les clés. Je n'ai qu'un regret... ne pas avoir réservé plus longtemps, mais j'y retournerai sans hésiter !
