Sleeps 6/8. Longere made of granite (150 years old). At 150 m away (private access) from a fine sandy beach of 3 km long. South oriented Located in a 1 hectare park with flower bushes and plenty of palm trees. Fancy decoration made of family furniture and original objects bargained here and there. Terra cotta floor, stone walls and large fireplace. The property is located in a vast polder certified natural zone, protected behind with a wild dune. The house is detached but belongs to a familial estate of 4 longeres that form a square courtyard (on the north).

4 jours 3 nuits autour du Réveillon du Nouvel An à 4 couples de vieux amis soixantenaires

Magnifique emplacement à deux pas de la superbe plage de Combrit pour cette maison familiale et authentique, centrée par une grande pièce de vie à la merveilleuse cheminée en pierres. Néanmoins, il faut retenir qu'il n'existe qu'un seul WC dans cette maison capable d'abriter 10 à 12 personnes et que les salles de bains et certaines literies sont un peu "dans leur jus" selon les mots mêmes de la maîtresse des lieux, Anne Marie.

Un lieu d'exception

Une propriété idéalement située pour découvrir cette somptueuse partie de la Bretagne. Plages, dunes, panoramas à couper le souffle, végétation luxuriante, tout est rassemblé pour un séjour d'exception. La maison est accueillante, décorée avec goût et offre de belles surfaces. A l'extérieur, l'orientation plein sud permet de profiter du soleil toute la journée, avec le mobilier adapté. Enfin, Anne est souriante, disponible et attentionnée pour ses locataire. Passionnée par sa région, elle partage volontiers. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette destination de choix. Eric
