Our house is located in Loctudy, at the end of a path giving direct access to the sea. In this new family home, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea, with a garden on the water's edge. Facing south, you will be in front of the Cosquer palue and the Glénan islands. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave ...), living room, living room with Satellite TV with sea view, a bedroom with two twin beds of 90 cm and a bathroom with walk-in shower , in travertine. Upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds 160 overlooking a terrace with panoramic sea views, a bathroom with bathtub and a last bedroom / office with sofa bed of 140.
This house is ideal for families or simply if you like space! We provide, on request, baby bed, changing table ... On the first terrace, you will sunbathe with the most breathtaking view of the property. On the ground floor terrace, still in front of the sea, a large table, 6 chairs, parasol, BBQ ... A last forest table at the end of the garden, suspended above the beach awaits you.

Good but not perfect

We recently stayed at this house for one week and found the location to be absolutely fantastic—close to all the major attractions, beaches, and shopping. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, we were disappointed to find that the house wasn't as clean as we expected. There were noticeable areas that could have used more attention (bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, ground floor bedroom). Also the kitchen was not very well equipped (pots, pans, silverware) making it not ideal to prepare meals. That said, the convenience of the location and the warmth of the host made up for some of the shortcomings. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and kitchen amenities, this house would be a top choice.

Frühstück am Wasser

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das haus ist gut geschnitten aber etwas karg aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war mäßig insbesondere Lüftungsgitter und Flächen oberhalb der Augenhöhe wurden schon länger nicht gereinigt. Alles in allem aber gut.

Emplacement idéal mais équipements extérieurs à revoir.

Maison sans charme, idéalement située face à la mer. Les équipements extérieurs ( chaises-transats) ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour 7 adultes et tous usés, le rouillés ou hors d’usage. La chambre du bas mériterait de meilleurs couchages. ( sommier à lattes capricieux). Enfin, l’ensemble manque cruellement de convivialité.

Bonjour Nicolas et merci pour ce commentaire "détaillé" Navré que vous n'ayez pas apprécié notre logement, vous sembliez pourtant ravi lors de votre arrivée. La maison, est comme elle est, conforme aux dizaines de photos sur le site. C'est une maison moderne, avec le confort moderne, si ce n'est pas votre style, il y avait peut être d'autres choix. Concernant la décoration, nous avons choisi un style zen, épuré, le spectacle est devant la maison. Encore une fois, c'est conforme aux photos. Concernant, les chaises longues, comme précisé lors de l'accueil, on est à votre disposition, s'il en manquait, ou si certaines était "HS" il fallait nous le dire, on en a d'autres ! En vous souhaitant une bonne rentrée !

Urlaub kurz vor dem Horizont

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus mit der phantastischen Aussicht genießen können. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die beiden sehr netten Vermieter stehen bei Fragen umgehend zur Verfügung. Wir lieben die Bretagne und kommen gerne wieder! Nous avons passer des jours très agréable dans la belle maison avec la vue magnifique. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les propriétaires très gentilles rapidement, quand on a des questions. Nous aimons la Bretagne et serions ravis de revenir. Merci beaucoup!!!

Haus am Meer was will man mehr?

Großes, modernes Haus, mit viel Platz, ein riesiger Garten, der am Meer endet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, wir haben von hier aus viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht und uns viel angesehen! Zum Bäcker oder ins Restaurant muss man das Auto nehmen. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll, aber wenn richtig Sommer ist, ist es herrlich dort, die Abende draußen direkt am Meer zu verbringen!!!

Une villa très agréable, les pieds dans l’eau, calme, moderne et très propre, et une propriétaire charmante qui nous a reçus merveilleusement bien. Nous avons passé un super séjour et je recommande vivement cette location pour un séjour à la mer dans le pays bigoudin.

Grande maison moderne avec une magnifique vue sur mer

Grande maison moderne avec une extraordinaire vue sur mer, dont on profite pleinement grâce à une grande terrasse au sud, et un accès direct au bord de mer. Seuls points négatifs, le ménage vraiment mal fait et quelques équipements manquants mais les propriétaires ont toujours été très réactifs et ont taché de répondre au mieux à nos besoins.

Le début de saison est parfois compliqué. "Un ménage vraiment mal fait." ! Pour être tout à fait exacte, vous m'avez dit avoir trouvé des moutons. Il est vrai qu'ils se confondent facilement avec le sol en pierre naturelle, notamment sous les meubles, nous en sommes navrés ! Ein Traum für Meerliebhaber !!

Das Haus lag für uns perfekt. Direkt am Meer mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand ( nicht zum Baden) In der Nähe, fussläufig, sind aber wunderbare Badestrände. Das Haus war Super. Sauber und Ordentlich. Wir sind am überlegen, ob wir noch mal wiederkommen.

L'océan à perte de vue

Nous avons sélectionnés cette location pour plusieurs raisons. Et la principale est cette vue imprenable sur l'océan. Le logement est récent et spacieux. Très belle chambre à l'étage et une en bas. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été cordiaux. Si vous souhaitez être hors du monde l'espace d'un séjour c'est l'endroit idéal. Et la période que nous avons choisie (décembre) amplifie cet isolement. Un très bon séjour.

Haus am Meer

Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer gelegenen ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist modern und großzügig. Allerdings wirkt die Einrichtung funktional, aber etwas karg. Bei der Übernahme hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Auch die Einrichtung der Küche hätte etwas geschmackvoller sein können. Trotz der Abstriche bei der Einrichtung hat uns (vier Erwachsene) der zweiwöchige Urlaub dort sehr gefallen.

Wundervolle Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ihres Hauses ist sensationell. Direkt am Meer, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund ideal. Die Übergabe war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank liebe Hélène. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen noch einmal wiederzukommen.
