non-hotel tourist apartment of 88 square meters, in the town of Somo, with capacity for 4 to 6 people, near the beach Somo-Loredo, 8 km long, and also near the Bay of Santander. fully equipped kitchen, a living room, separate dining room, a bathroom and a toilet with shower. It has a terrace of approximately 30 square meters, and a garden of 1500 square meters with swings, barbecue and parking on the gated estate.
Regular boat service with Santander every 30 minutes, line output bus to Santander 50 meters. At 200 meters from sports courts and a playground. A 17 km from cabarceno natural park, 50 km from the Caves of Altamira in Santillana del Mar, 25 km from Santoña and 20 km from Santander road. Within a radius of 100 meters there are three bars - restaurants and a supermarket.
Sailing school, diving and surfing in the village.
Several hiking trails in the area.
Minimum stay 5 nights. It is only rented from May to September.
Pets not allowed.

Very friendly hosts. Very well placed for supermarket, sea, restaurant and ferry to Santander. Very clean accommodation and adequate for all our needs.

Great location for exploring the area. Friendly hosts.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and the owners live on the top floor. They were very friendly and we were able to use the large garden which our children enjoyed. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
The location is great for exploring the area. It is a 10 minute walk to Somo beach and Somo town. From the town you can take a ferry to Santander. The beach at Somo is great for surfing and body boarding and the water is quite shallow. A short drive east from Somo there are other more sheltered beaches which are better for swimming.

Apartamento limpio, cómodo y atractivo
La estancia en el Burby ha sido satisfactoria ya que el apartamento ofrece unos servicios y prestaciones más que razonables para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y agradables. Lo recomiendo también por la amabilidad y cercanía de los propietarios y su disponibilidad en todo momento.

Really nice property
The place was well maintained and clean with all facilities needed for a family holiday. Despite our very limited Spanish we were made to feel very welcome and have full use of the shared facilities like garden and BBQ.
Its a short 1km walk to the beaches and Somo centre, with a supermarket 100m away and a few really nice restaurants / bar close by.
Somo is a great location for big beaches, surf, walking and easy ferry access to Santander
