It has a terrace of approximately 30 square meters, and a garden of 1500 square meters with swings, barbecue and parking on the gated estate.
Regular boat service with Santander every 30 minutes, line output bus to Santander 50 meters. At 200 meters from sports courts and a playground. A 17 km from cabarceno natural park, 50 km from the Caves of Altamira in Santillana del Mar, 25 km from Santoña and 20 km from Santander road. Within a radius of 100 meters there are three bars - restaurants and a supermarket.
Sailing school, diving and surfing in the village.
Several hiking trails in the area.
Minimum stay 5 nights. It is only rented from May to September.
