The Burby III apartment with garden in Somo (Cantabria).
Extra tourist apartment hotel, 800 meters from the beach in town of Somo and with up to 4 people, near the beach Somo-Loredo, 8 km. long, and also close to the Bay of Santander. Living-dining-kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with shower. It has a shared terrace with another apartment, 1500 sqm garden with swings, barbecue and parking on the gated estate. Local to store surfboards, bicycles, etc.
Regular boat service with Santander every 30 minutes, line output bus to Santander 50 meters. 200 m sports courts and a playground. A 17 km. Cabarceno natural park, 50 km from the Caves of Altamira, in Santillana del Mar, 25 km from Santoña and 20 km from Santander. Within a radius of 100 meters there are three bars-restaurants and a supermarket. Ceramic workshop 50 meters.
Sailing school, diving and surfing in the village.
Several hiking trails in the area.
It is only rented from May to September.
