Relax, unwind, and enjoy all the amenities that this tropical villa has to offer. Inviting and contemporary, this two-bed, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome is located on the golf course in the prestigious Mauna Lani resort area.

This townhouse offers the best outlook in the Mauna Lani Fairways complex, with expansive golf course views and amazing sunsets (and ocean glimpses from the upper lanai). The beach and the Fairmont Orchid Hotel are less than a ten-minute walk; and a five-minute walk to the Mauna Lani Shops, restaurants and grocery store. Waikoloa Beach Resort is less than 1 mile away for additional restaurants, shopping, and activities.

This property offers 1650 sq feet of open concept living to allow for an easy flow and comes with a fully equipped kitchen which is both spacious & accommodating with all the conveniences of home. The main level offers a comfortable living area, a 50-inch flat panel TV, wireless DVD, and sits adjacent to the dining area which opens onto the private lanai with a barbecue grill and outside dining to enjoy a freshly grilled meal.

Perfectly set up to enjoy the warm breeze, swaying palms, sunsets, and golf-course views. A powder room is also located on this level, and there is a private garage for parking.

The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a Cal King-sized bed, flat screen TV, a sitting area and access to a private lanai with more sweeping fairway views. The adjoining primary bathroom offers double sinks, glass enclosed shower & a luxurious bathtub to enjoy.

The second guest bedroom, also located on the upper level offers a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and its own ensuite bathroom.

One of the benefits of being a guest of this great townhome is that you are able to enjoy the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The cabanas and lounge chairs are there for you to enjoy, and the beach gives VIP access to one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Kayak, paddle board, view the ancient fishing ponds or have lunch at the beach restaurant. Three miles up the coast is the largest white sand beach on the Big Island at Hapuna State Park.

Not in in the mood for the beach? Then relaxation can be found at the Fairways pool and hot tub. The Fairways also provides an exercise room so not to miss your daily workout routine. The pool and rec centre are very close to this unit, but far enough away to not see or hear the activities! For golfers, Mauna Lani Resort sits on two world class courses: Mauna Lani North and South, as well, several other golf courses are nearby: Mauna Kea, Hapuna and Waikoloa. Mauna Lani is centrally located for all island sightseeing.

Could not have asked for a better stay! Beautiful property in a great location ~ beach & pool access, near Foodland market & other eateries, great view overlooking 12th fairway of Mauna Lani North course. Property manager even provided complimentary concierge services. We’ll be back soon!

We had a great stay in Mauna Lani! The house was clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. It's quiet and close to the beaches and has great support from the management company. We can't wait to return!

Peaceful Views

The condo is well-located within the development, with sweeping fairway views, a palm-lined sunset, and the pool close enough to walk to easily, but well out of hearing. The upstairs and downstairs lanais are absolutely private, and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy, each with an en suite, and a large TV. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of cutlery and dishes, and the dining room is spacious. Appliances are modern, and in good repair. The A/C and the many fans provide excellent climate-control. It's important to note that the high ceilings lead to the need for lots of stairs, which could be a consideration for some tenants. It should also be noted that use of the attached garage is not included. Kona Coast Vacations provides very active management, with ongoing contact starting from time of booking, and an efficient concierge service. We were happy with our choice.
