Beautiful air-conditioned villa 160 m2 living space + outbuildings for 8 people. consisting of a large living room of 40 m2, an American kitchen, an independent cellar, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with corner bath and shower room with large walk-in shower (access from in bedroom parental). Beautiful enclosed garden of 800 m2 with beautiful lawn and automatic watering, night lighting, large shaded terraces, private heated swimming pool 9 * 4 m secured with electric curtain, its depth goes from 1m to 1.70m with a security step all around and color-changing LED lighting; poolhouse with summer kitchen, barbecue with plancha, outdoor bathroom (toilet and hydrojet shower cabin), large garage, electric shutters and gates. Large wooden portico for children with swing swings and slide, as well as a vegetable garden available.
