Quiet, its windows open on to a large indoor courtyard, isolated from the street with a carriage entrance.

Great location in the heart of the historic area

Alain was lovely. He met us at the apartment and gave us a map and lots of suggestions of what to see and do in Bordeaux. Apartment was very comfortable. He even organized a taxi for us when it was time to leave.

Perfect Position

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in beautiful Bordeaux . The appartment though small was a perfect base. It is extremely clean, modern and very comfortable. Being enclosed behind gates the environment is quiet and safe. It is on ground floor facing onto the courtyard come car spaces so there is some other tenant noise at times. The position is fabulous...walking distance to wonderful bakeries,cheese shops,restaurants and the river. Alain the owner is the perfect host....always available if there are any queries....even picked us up and returned us to the airport ( small cost)which was so appreciated . No hesitation in recommending this appartment.

Bordeaux Delight

The property was close to the centre of old Bordeaux so it was very easy to walk to everything. The tram system is close by and very easy to use. The apartment was in an old block but it was very modern and very comfortable. Having a kitchen meant that I could choose to cook or go out to one of the many restaurants nearby. It is not a large apartment but would easily suit a single or couple. I did however, discover that apartment living has the occasional downside and this occurred when the people above me had a very loud party one night during the week. This was more annoying than anything else. I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux very much, and this apartment was in such a good position and well appointed, it made my stay even better.

Attractive Apartment in Historic Centre

We stayed in this apartment for five nights in October. The location of the apartment was ideal for us, being less than ten minutes walk from the tram line which runs from the train station. Supermarkets are five minutes away, as are pleasant squares with restaurants, bars and bistros. This ground floor apartment, located in a 18th century town house, is comfortable, well equipped and has a modern and attractive décor. The inner courtyard provides for a secure and quiet stay. Our host Alain was most welcoming and helpful. We would happily recommend this apartment, particularly to those who don't have a car.
