This is a brand new 5-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms villa with an open plan living space incorporating lounge/diner and kitchen suitable for sleeping up to 11 guests. The location will bring you the awaited privacy with a touch of coziness owed by aptly design interiors. The apartment has beautiful master bedrooms with King Size bed the other three bedrooms with Queen Size bed and the last bedroom with three Single Size beds.
The kitchen is a perfect place for family cooking providing you with all the necessary amenities that will surly help to save your time on preparing meals. Villa is well equipped with commodities: washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with oven, kitchen hood, hover. The bathrooms are finished in marble. The apartment features a large pergola terrace accessible direct from living room, where you can have your family meals or just chill and relax.

In 35 minutes you will reach the nearest beaches ...
Etruscan coast, the sea is about 35 min. away and you can reach the beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, Castiglioncello and San Vincenzo. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. Costa deli Etruschi with Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima…

SIGHTSEEING
This lovely apartment is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. It is just a 10 minute drive to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra, a historic Etruscan city which can be viewed from the apartment. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away. The nearest beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are about 30 minute drive, but there are further beautiful beaches and seaside villages within comfortable day trips.
