In a sunny, panoramic position, just lower than the house, is a rectangular swimming pool, 4 metres by 9 with a depth of 1.5 metres, externally paved on the shorter side and complete with sunbeds, outdoor shower and some shaded areas for relaxing or admiring some beautiful sunsets. The villa has been refurbished recently, with particular attention to detail and a classic style of furniture which creates a relaxing atmosphere. The house is on two floors. The main entrance is accessible from one of the outdoor paths and on the ground floor you will find the large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, satellite TV and fireplace, a living room with sofas and satellite TV, 1 double bedroom with a four-poster bed and large panoramic windows, one bathroom with shower and washing machine. The villa is part of a large farm, surrounded by vineyards which produce great wine, in a raised position with a breathtaking view of the medieval towers of San Gimignano.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (changed weekly), water, gas and electricity (but not the air conditioning and the heating), internet, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are hired help, cookery courses, dinners, excursions and product tastings.

Important Information
Swimming pool open from 1st April to 30th September (9am-8pm). The owner lives on the ground floor, but with independent access from the garden.Activities and Distances
