Villa Helene is a warm and welcoming villa, newly renovated, with panoramic sea view over Villefranche Sur Mer and St. Jean Cap Ferrat. The villa has a large garden and several terraces. The property is exposed to sun all day long. Private. Possibility for parking at the property.
Newly rebuilt garden with new pool meassuring 4,5 by 8 meters.
The house is renovated inside and outside during spring 2016. The house has lots of charm and is painted in warm and comfortable colors inside. All the beds are new and is of high quality to ensure a good nights sleep.
The house has three floors consisting of basement, first floor consisting of original hallway with marble staris from 1925, entrance to studio, kitchen, living room, and second floor consisting of bedrooms (3), plus bathrooms (2). The separate studio consists of bedroom and bathroom.
Additional cleaning can be arranged during rental of the villa.
The villa have Air condition in one of the bedrooms and efficient fans for the other rooms
NB! End of stay fee is 200 euros for Groups larger then 6 persons.

Villefranche is a vey authentic village with a lot of charm and nice surroundings. Yet it is central as Nice, Monaco, Cannes etc is not far away. Our house is in a quiet neighbor hood with nice neighbors and beautiful view over the bay of Villefranche and St. Jean Cap Ferrat
What makes this property unique
The villa has a large garden with total privacy as there is no insight from neighbors. There is several terraces / small spots around the house to enoy a book or a glas of wine. The villa is a Belle epoque villa from 1925 which offer a lot of charm.
