Typical Salento house equipped, air-conditioned and with free wi-fi located in the historic center of the City of Maglie, served as a supermarket, tobacconist, bar, post office, bakery, bank, railway station and more. And 'it situated in an old court, once the site of a convent. Ancient stone structure Lecce with vaulted ceilings has recently been restored using natural materials free of toxic substances trying as much as possible to preserve all of its history. E 'with two entrances and consists of a kitchen, dining room with sofa bed (2 orthopedic mattresses), bedroom and bathroom with shower (plastered with Moroccan tadelakt).
It is an excellent choice for those wishing to discover the Salento because, thanks to the central location of Maglie, you could watch the sunrise and sunset in Otranto to Gallipoli, or in a few minutes to reach Lecce, Castro, S. Cesarea Terme, the beaches of Alimini, Porto Badisco, Frassanito, etc. Bear Tower.

Bel appartement et bien situé mais un peu bruyant.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Antonio qui est disponible et très accueillant. L’appartement est propre, beau et fonctionnel, il est également proche du centre de Maglie. par contre il n’est pas très bien isolé, les nuits sont donc un peu bruyantes.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Antonio ist ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr süß und genauso wie man sich Italien vorstellt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Man kann direkt vor der Tür mit Parkscheibe kostenlos parken. Der Supermarkt ist 300 m entfernt und viele Restaurants findet man im Zentrum, erreichbar in 5 Minuten. Einziger Nachteil ist das fensterlose, sehr kleine und dunkle Bad. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Maglie!!

Disponibilità e cortesia.

Antonio è stato un host disponibilissimo durante tutto il soggiorno: ci ha dato ottimi consigli su come muoverci sia a Maglie che nei dintorni. La casa è molto caratteristica, in pietra leccese, nuova e accessoriata con tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza. In 5 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro di Maglie, mentre con la macchina si possono facilmente raggiungere le 2 coste. Appartamento consigliatissimo!

DELIZIOSA, SPAZIOSA, CURATA

Sono stata a casa di Antonio con mio marito ed i miei bambini a Natale 2016 in quanto eravamo in visita da alcuni parenti. La casa è deliziosa, pulita, curata nei minimi dettagli. Silenziosa e spaziosa affaccia in una splendida corte salentina. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato gli ambienti già riscaldati. Inoltre, l'appartamento si trova in zona centrale, a piedi si può raggiungere la piazza principale del paese dove si trovano negozi e altre attività commerciali (negozi di tutti i tipi), vicinissimo si trova un grande supermercato e con la macchina si arriva facilmente sulla statale che conduce a Lecce e Gallipoli e sulla statale che conduce a Otranto. Antonio è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima per coppie e famiglie.

Die Perle des Salento

Diese Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist perfekt - direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt von Maglie. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Die Stadt Maglie ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Von hier aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten des Salento in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter erwartet. Die Wohnung war so blitzsauber, wie wir es auf unseren vielen Reisen bisher noch nie erlebt haben. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Bei der Renovierung dieses Schmuckstückes wurde eine perfekte Kombination aus Antike, Moderne und Zweckmäßigkeit gefunden. Die eingestellten Bilder können den Charme dieser traumhaften Wohnung nur ansatzweise wiedergeben. Wir sehnen uns jetzt schon danach an diesen schönen Ort zurück zu kommen und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Thomas & Lydia (aus Bayern)

Casa fantastica e proprietario gentlissimo

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni in questa meravigliosa casa a Maglie per una vacanza in Salento. Già prima del mio arrivo Antonio, il proprietario, mi ha contattato per stabilire un contatto e organizzarsi per il check in; sin dal primo momento si è dimostrato gentile e accomodante. Appena giunti alla proprietà (in una posizione centralissima rispetto a ogni zona del Salento) siamo rimasti stupiti dalla sua bellezza e pulizia; all'interno della casa c'è tutto ciò che può servire: asciugamani, molte pentole e piatti, posate, tovaglie, strofinacci; il tutto scelto con ottimo gusto. Durante il nostro soggiorno Antonio è sempre stato disponibile per qualunque richiesta o consiglio. Esperienza stupenda e assolutamente consigliatissima.
