About this property

Westcott Bay Waterfront pet friendly home. just minutes from Roche Harbor.

This one of a kind property bordering the Westcott Bay Oyster farm and National Park with trail access to English Camp. Your backyard is Westcott Bay.
New addition: We now own the property adjacent to ours giving you over a full acre to enjoy with a seasonal stream and waterfall. (Be aware there are steep drop-offs on this property)
From the property you can launch kayaks dig for clams or just relax and enjoy the sunset. Very private setting with room to play. (We have kayaks and paddle boards for your enjoyment).
Located at 664 Westcott dr. The house has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a seasonal bunkhouse. It is separate from the main house (no bath) with a queen bed very private for those traveling with older kids or two couples. Suited for Summertime only.
Great room has sliding glass doors and windows looking over the bay bring the outside in. There's a super comfy couch, chair and bean bag.
We have Verizon Internet and smart tv.. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender and general supplies.
The bath is a tub and shower combo with a single sink, small but efficient.
There is a covered porch with propane grill, crab cooker and grill utensils. With outside seating for out long summer nights. We have a fire pit ready for marshmallows or hot dogs.
There is a dock that goes dry due to tide. There are 4 adult and 2 kids kayak's and paddle boards. And remember your well-behaved dog is always welcome with an additional fee.
House is not suited for CHILDREN UNDER 5 Due to gas burning stove is the main heat for the house and gets VERY HOT, as well as a medium bank with drop offs to be aware of.
Ask about possible one- or two-night stays. Or last-minute deals!

We would stay there again. Very nice place to hangout, great views and good access to the water. Grounds were beautiful and large enough for our dog to run and play. Perfect walking access to numerous hiking trails.

Deb is a fantastic host. Property is perfectly located in Westcott Bay Plentiful walking trails nearby or a short drive. Roche Harbor is so close. This is our second year. The cottage is very cosy.

We loved staying here! Right next to westcott oysters, we were able launch paddle boards from the property, and the view during morning coffee can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Westcott Bay House! The home was super clean, private, and peaceful. The sunsets every night were absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel special.The owners thought of everything. From the cozy bedding to the great coffee setup, they did not skimp on a single detail. The amenities were top notch and made it feel like a luxury getaway while still feeling comfortable and relaxing.If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind with incredible views and everything you need, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was better than described. We enjoyed the peaceful location of the house. Watching the waterfowl on the bay in front of the house was enjoyable.The easy access to the trails in the British Camp area was a plus.

Beautiful setting and stunning home in a quiet neighborhood with all the necessary (and then some) amenities for our 3 friends reunion. One even slept in the cozy guesthouse. Convenient location to all the island historical and natural attractions. Deb was quick to respond to my questions and I look forward to a return trip to Westcott Bay Cabin.

Deb is the best hostess- She was responsive to all of our questions, This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here during the holidays. We decorated for Christmas and we enjoyed our prime rib-The kitchen is well stocked.

Loved our stay here. Clean, very comfortable accommodations made super cozy with the gas fire and electric heaters in each room. Beautiful setting, even with constant rain (expected weather this time of year). Fantastic location, with easy access to trail to English Camp. Can just imagine how spectacular it would be in summer, too.

The grounds were gorgeous, and the views were stunning. I loved warmth of the gas fireplace. All was well organized from the lighted pathway to the wonderful Wescott Bay home to everthing inside. It was a treat to read about the history of San Juan, mapping out the location with interior artwork and then getting out to explore. I hope to return during warmer months to really take advantage of all this place has to offer.
