Fantastic property - beautiful room and view

This property is amazing and the apartment is well appointed and a pleasure to utilize. Access to the property and parking were easy and convenient, and the Ritz Carlton amenities are an amazing way to pamper yourself. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and this property helped make our honeymoon something special. We hope to return someday soon for our anniversary or just because. Would recommend!

The suite worked out very well. Seating area and bedroom doubled as 2 bedrooms. Air mattress that was provided meant the kids didn’t have to share a bed. Very nice. Would stay again.

Absolutely Amazing!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve been taking a mom/daughter beach vacation for years. As my mom is now 85, it’s not always easy. However, this place was perfect! The room was exactly as advertised. Large, comfortable & clean. Had everything one needs for an extended stay. What wasn’t advertised is how close & easy everything at the hotel was to access from the room- From the pool, to the beach, the restaurants, & parking - all were close, never a wait, and had fabulous service. We did have a small issue checking in but we contacted Paul, and he took care of it immediately. It seemed to be a communication issue with the front desk & reservations. It was resolved & we had no other issues the entire week. Paul was great at communicating with me from the time we made the reservation to checking out. Very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Ritz Carlton at VRBO prices!

Phenomenal place to call home for the wkend. Had no idea how amazing the Ritz Carlton was for kids. They gave my two children more attention at check in than myself! Much appreciated. The Ritz is of course fantastic. The pools, the private beach (calmest water ever, pure sand bottom, not a crazy amt of seaweed), the fantastic and friendly waitstaff... Perfect. We ate at La Cantina our first night and had a great time. The frozen mojitos are amazing. I must find the recipe! The property was as depicted in the photos, with plenty of extra sleeping options (pull out couch, twin air mattress and Bjorn portable crib). Kitchen not as fully stocked as some places I've stayed, but enough for us. If we stayed for longer, it may have been an issue. It did have a WONDERFUL Nespresso machine which we enjoyed so much we will soon be buying one! There is an all in one washer /dryer unit and a small bottle of detergent for it. We had a little trouble with the dryer drying quick enough, but I think that was user error. Possibly having instructions may help the laundry inept. The owner Paul was very nice and communicative. We cannot wait to plan our next trip to Key Biscayne when we can stay a little longer. Hopefully this unit will be available!

Key Biscayne Experience

After having stayed in various parts of the Miami area over the years we tried Key Biscayne…and we loved it. This high end hotel and location provided a tranquil experience. The beach, pools and other amenities were nothing short of perfect. The staff was professional and courteous. And, we were a short ride to all of the city restaurants, culture and sites. Try it.
