The house (fully renovated in 2016) is located inside a private residence, surrounded by greenery overlooking the sea of ​​Scopello.
On a single floor of about 65 square meters, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and closet. It also has outdoor spaces - veranda (ideal for outdoor dining), barbecue area and terrace - about 100 square meters, with beautiful views of the azure sea.
The bedrooms have double beds, suitable for 4 people. Also available a double sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans. Outside there is a barbecue with attachments available for barbecues.
One of the bathrooms has sink, toilet and shower; the other has sink, toilet and bidet. Present an outside shower, also with hot water.
The house is equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning in one bedroom, fans, fireplace and washing machine service, including what is necessary to wash, stretch and stretch.
We provide complete with towels sets for each guest, hair dryer and linen.
For the little ones are available (on request) cot, high chair and stool.
The sea (the charming bay light) is accessible via a downhill walk (about 5 minutes) or car by a road, both for the guests of the residence.
Inside the residence, where it is present throughout the year a caretaker, there is also the availability of a tennis court and possibility to park freely.

Little Bay is located in a strategic location and highly suggestive, on the coast a few hundred meters from the stacks and the trap picturesque Scopello and a few km from the Zingaro nature reserve.
Directly from the house, the descent to the sea from the beautiful bay Light.
Not far away is the charming Baglio di Scopello, where there are several bars, restaurants and shops.
Nearby, worth a visit: the Zingaro nature reserve (in a stretch of pristine coastline with clear blue sea), Castellammare del Golfo (a lively little town with beautiful old town and the marina, ideal base for excursions boat), the temple and the greek theater of Segesta (among the best preserved), Erice (among the most beautiful villages in Italy, in a splendid position on the Tyrrhenian sea) and San Vito lo Capo (renowned for its beautiful golden beach and the rich gastronomic offer, including the delicious couscous).
