The apartment has been recently renovated, it is on the 4th floor with ELEVATOR.
This apartment is composed by TWO BEDROOMS (one double bedroom and one with two single beds), a dining room, a kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a charming BALCONY (8 mx 60 cm) from where you can see a bit of Spanish Spain (= Spanish Steps) and Piazza del Popolo.

The apartment is provided with autonomous heating, washing machine, satellite TV, a small stereo system (with a radio, cassette and CD player), FREE WIFI, microwave, AIR CONDITIONING, an iron and iron board.
The size of the apartment is roughly 90 square meters.

Closeby, at about 5 minutes walking there are 2 supermarkets, many restaurants, famous brand shops.

This apartment is located in Via del Babuino Which starts on Piazza di Spagna and ends on Piazza del Popolo, Which makes this street one of the most exclusive streets of the historic Roman center.

As for public transportation, the Spain Metro stop (Line A) is right behind the square, and there are several minibuses That run through Via del Corso. You also have the entrances to the car park (parkSì) in Villa Borghese close by. Taxi rank and bus stops.

If you check-in after 20:00 (08:00 pm) there is an extra check-in fee of 30 euros to be paid in cash.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Perfect location, close to many sites but calm and quiet in the apartment. Plenty of room for a family of floor. Good communication with friendly and accommodating hosts!

It was everything we needed. Close to the Spanish Steps and the metro that could take us everywhere else. Very comfy beds. The internet connection was shaky at times and could probably use a new router, but overall great experience.

Perfectly location. Excellent host!

I stayed here with my parents. The apartment was very clean and perfectly located. The host was extremely accommodating. The building has a lift that made it easy for my parents to avoid too many stairs. I highly recommend.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and had everything needed for a great stay in Rome. The air conditioning is so great. The units are in each bedroom. They are very efficient so be sure to turn them off when you go out. It takes moments to get the rooms cool when you get back.

We are a family of four (with 15 yr and 12 yr old boys) , and we stayed for 3 days. We have a very nice stay. The apartment was a true two bedroom, and comfortable for 4. Nicely furnished with a cute balcony. Importantly, the location was superb - right next to Spanish steps. Cute streets all around with cafes and shops, and importantly for us, a taxi stand right there next to the apartment (and the Spanish steps). We had a great time, and I would recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location

A delightful apartment overlooking the street and restaurants. We could walk to all the historical sights. A block. And 1/2 to the Spanish Steps. Enricho is extremely responsive and made our stay flawless. We were three ladies traveling and felt completely safe.

This property was absolutely incredible, and the location was truly unbeatable! Probably the best in Rome. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the AC never failed us (we were in Rome through a heat wave). Having a big balcony was such a treat, too. Enrico shared a list of local recommendations for food. We tried them all and they were fantastic! We even went back to one of those restaurants. I would not hesitate to book this place next time you’re in Rome. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

Best stay ever

Firstly I would like to stay the location of the property is the best, it’s right next to Spanish steps. We were greeted by Enrico when we reached who walked over various things that are in the house and gave us some amazing recommendations for food. He was very polite And humble. The property was very clean and very spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. And the AC was such an added advantage specially in the scrouching heat of July. We were able to get taxis very easily from outside. It was a really nice shopping street right outside the apartment . Would definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent and quiet apartment with great location

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs. The host Enrico was very welcoming and graciously provided a bottle of wine and plenty of coffee and tea. The apartment was also thoughtfully equipped with full-size umbrellas, which were quite useful for us! I am very sensitive to noise, and I am happy to report the apartment was absolutely silent in the evenings, even the bedrooms overlooking the street. Arranging a taxi from the apartment was very easy; it is also about 5 minutes walk from the Metro and 2 minutes from the closest grocery store. Highly recommended.

Great location, home and host!

Enrico made everything go so smoothly. He and his team were able to allow us to check in earlier, gave us recommendations for restaurants and even generously gave us a welcome gift. He even checked on us periodically to see how we were doing. His property is in a great location, and we had no issues with noise. My spouse and our boys even enjoyed people watching from the balcony in the evenings. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and we are very grateful that he was willing to share his property with us. It helped make our trip much more memorable. Thank you so much.

Comfortable, Well-Equipped Apartment in the Heart of High End Shops & 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps

Here in the heat of summer and grateful for cool marble floors & air-conditioning in this spacious two-bedroom apt. 30- 40 minute walk to the Vatican, 20-minute walk to many other sights of interest. Taxi stand 5 minutes away for a smooth ride to the airport. We're a family of four and did some cooking - a gourmet grocery store is 5 minutes away. The kitchen could use a few more tools. Otherwise a very well-equipped apt for our three-night stay.

Great time in Rome!

We had a wonderful time at Enrico's place in Rome. You cannot beat this location, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps. Great neighborhood, lively and energetic during the day, quiet at night. We had an easy walk to all the best spots or a short cab ride. Enrico checked in often and gave us great local restaurant recommendations. Great take away pasta and amazing tiramisu spot right around the corner. We had my wife, two boys age 15 and 11 and the space was the perfect size. Air conditioning is new and worked so well....this was so important in 90+ degree heat. Staying in the shade on the tours and then coming home to cool off for a couple hours a day helped keep everyone comfortable. I highly recommend staying with Enrico this apartment is beautiful and we found it perfect for our visit to Rome.

Lieu et accueil magnifique !

Nous avons été accueillis de façon très ponctuelle par le propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable avec en prime une bouteille de vin offerte ! L'appartement est parfait. On y trouve une machine à laver, lave vaisselle, cafetière, frigo congélateur. Tout le matériel nécessaire et de quoi faire du café pour 1 semaine. Les 2 chambres sont indépendantes et l'une d'entre elle se trouve dans le salon. Dans chaque pièce de trouve une TV pour ceux qui le souhaitent et accès au wifi et Netflix. Le lieu était très propre à notre arrivée. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont impeccables. Vous avez un balcon et une vue très agréable sur la rue et l'église. La situation géographique est incroyable entre la piazza del Popolo et la piazza Spagna. Le métro, si besoin, est à 100 mètres. Tout peut se faire à pied. N'hésitez pas à réserver ce lieu pour votre passage à Rome, c'est véritablement parfait ! 👍 Encore merci au propriétaire !
