Fantastic property

This is a fantastic property with a very kind and hospitable owner. We had 4 nights here and it was everything that we could have hoped for. Francesca is a very kind and thoughtful owner who was always available to help if we needed it. The apartment is very comfortable and very well appointed, with easy access to the Navigli for restaurants etc.

Casa Navigli

Great Italian apartment. Cool Navigli neighborhood. Apartment was as advertised and Franchsca was so easy to deal with and helpful with recommendations for a winery out of town as well as her book of restaurants and local coffee shop. The apartment was cool (very hot time in Milan), clean and user friendly. She had thought of everything. If my daughter ends up at Bocconi, we will definitely stay again

Nice Flat in Milan

Nice Flat about 3 blocks from the train station. Francesca was very nice and met us when we arrived. Two bathrooms was great to have. Beds were comfortable. The pull out hide-a-bed was very comfortable. We left an item mistakenly and Francesca let us know right away and we are going to pick it up when we return to Milan. Very nice of her! Overall a nice stay and recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment. Super helpful owner.

We all loved the apartment and Francesca was so helpful with all of our questions. And we had lots of questions! The apartment was super clean and equipped for all our needs— fresh milk, coffee pods, tea and sweet bread welcomed us, and the apartment has a dish washer and even a clothes washer/dryer. She helped us find a hardware store, grocery store, sewing needs, and a place to get our return Covid tests. She helped us with maps and trams. She responded quickly whenever we texted a question. The internet is terrific! Francesca met us at our late arrival, and allowed us a little bit late departure! Some reviews mentioned the area was dicey, so we wondered about the area. But we found it great and super convenient. We saw only one small raw graffiti on one wall, mostly more colorful wall murals. The area has many restaurants (try Antica Pizzeria!) but we didn’t find it loud at night. We were comfortable walking home at 9pm with our kids. No car needed here. Easy to walk to Duomo area and Castello, passing many points along the way. We would come back here any time!

Best hostess, clean property and near such great restaurants. A bit of a walk to Duomo but the proximity of dinner places made up for that. Need to learn your way to Milano Romolo train station to save on Ubers and Taxis. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Excellent Apartment & Super Host

We like the apartment a lot and Francesca is a super nice host, waited for us by the road despite of multiple change in arrival time from us. She also let us left the luggage at the apartment hallway after we check out.She also helped us to find a free street parking through out our stay.The apartment has everything needed for a long term stay, so it is more than enough for just 2 nights stay like us. It is very clean and spacious for 6 of us.Duomo Milan is like 2km or 30 min walk from here (a bit long for the small one under the hot sun), grocery is less than 7 min walk (nearer if you just want a convenience store) and restaurants at navigli is around 5 min or less.We took metro to "Last Supper Museum" (2-3 stations, less than 1km from the apartment), instead of walking 40 min.Many graffiti around the area, but we never felt unsafe when we came back at night.Unfortunely, WIFI was not working during our stay due to some kind of wire issue.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen

Die Lage war super, U-Bahn in der nähe, bis zum Dom 20 - 25 Minuten Stadtspaziergang. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, check in / check out ohne Problem!

Beau logement

Lors de notre séjour, il y avait des rénovations à l’entrée sur la terasse inaccessible et l’équipe commençait très tôt à travailler. Donc impossible de profiter de cette espace de vie commun. Heureusement, Francesca est d’une gentillesse incroyable et son logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel.
