Positif :calme,fraîcheur,emplacement.Negatif:propreté,oreiller,prises de courant qui se décrochent du mur,travaux inachevés,ustensiles cuisine et ménage très insuffisants.

Très bien situé mais mal équipé

nous avons un avis mitigé sur cette location . La situation de cet appartement est exceptionnelle surtout pour des festivaliers comme nous , toutefois ,son équipement est des plus rudimentaire . En effet ,si le mobilier est moderne et quasi neuf ,il est réduit au stricte minimum : une seule minuscule lampe de chevet de très faible intensité et l'obligation de se lever pour éteindre le plafonnier ,des ampoules grillées partout ,une clim qui fonctionne pas en continue par 35 degrés,une seule prise de courant pour toute la cuisine ,difficile de faire du café et du thé en même temps dans ces conditions ...pas de prise dans la salle de bain donc se sécher les cheveux ,au choix à quatre pattes derrière le canapé lit (qui grince à chaque fois que l'on bouge ) ou dans la cuisine mais dans les 2 cas sans miroir . Pas de cruche à eau ,de saladier ,de poubelle dans la salle de bain ,d'étagère pour poser sa trousse de toilette ,deux serviettes pour 2 sur 5 jours etc ...par contre un bon point pour la présence de verres à vin ! En conclusion ,si vous ne faites que dormir sans vivre vraiment dans ce lieu assez cher pour la prestation ,vous pouvez l’apprécier surtout de par sa situation stratégique dans la ville .
