Superbe vue mer, accès direct à la plage. A 700 m du centre d'une attrayante station balnéaire : Brignogan-Plages avec ses plages de sable, école de voile.
Vous disposerez d'un vaste jardin de 1 200 m² totalement clos. Construite de style traditionnel breton, maison spacieuse et confortable, sans vis à vis, individuelle, calme. Entrée équipée de lave-linge et nécessaire à repasser, cuisine équipée four électrique + micro-ondes,salle à manger pour 6 personnes, 3 chambres spacieuses de 2 à 3 personnes . 1 salle de douche, WC séparés. A l'étage et avec vue directe sur la mer : salon TV et salon lecture de 50 m². Terrasse plein sud avec salon de jardin protégé par une pergola à ouverture électrique . Pour 1 famille (4 personnes). Animaux acceptés (maxi 2- taille moyenne)
Pour les activités de bord de mer : Nous prêtons nos 2 kayaks de mer (2 places 1/2 + 1 place) , notre nécessaire pour pêche à pied, (râteaux, épuisettes, seaux) , combinaisons de plongées + ceintures de plomb + masques, notre nécessaire pour la pêche à la ligne en bord de mer.
Pour les activités à terre : vous disposez de jeux de société, jeux enfants tous âges (sous la responsabilité des utilisateurs : mise à disposition d'un gel hydroalcoolique).

Wir durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in Isabelles und Yvons Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Kommunikation verlief sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Schnell waren sie sich einig, wer im Kapitänsbett und wer im Piratenbett schlafen wird. :-) Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Lage direkt am Meer perfekt. Vom gemütlichen „Oberdeck“ aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser und die Wellen. Fernglas mitnehmen nicht vergessen! Den Garten konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht so häufig nutzen, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten, aber das Tischtennisspielen zwischendurch hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften! Familie K.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben das Haus zwei Wochen lang zu zweit mit unserem Hund genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Empfang durch das Vermieter-Ehepaar: Selbstgebackener bretonischer Kuchen, Erdbeeren, Cidre, lokales Baguette und betronische Spezialitäten. Verständigung in Englisch problemlos möglich. Haus, Garten, Einrichtung und Lage: Die Bilder geben alles korrekt wieder. Neben den Fahrrädern wurden uns auch noch Kanus zur Nutzung angeboten. Zum langen Sandstrand, der auch für Hunde zugelassen ist, braucht man nur über die kleine Anliegerstraße und die Naturdüne zu gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Landschaft

Wir hatten zwei großartige Wochen direkt am Meer. Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten, in dem wir uns gesonnt, wo wir gegessen und gespielt haben. Für Hundebesitzer ein Traum, da ein großer Hundestrand vor der Tür liegt. Es ist ruhig und erholsam. Wir kommen wieder!

Bretonischer Strand, Wetter und Genuss

Das Haus wunderbar gelegen für Strandliebhaber mit zwei und vier Beinen, ein Garten zum geniessen und ein charmanter Ort mit Markt, Restaurants und netten Menschen. Die Gastgeber Isabelle und Yvon verstehen es gut mit bretonischer Herzlichkeit zu empfangen und auch zu verabschieden - so, dass man gerne wiederkommen möchte! Merci beaucoup! Karin & Roger
