MASIA DELANDER is filled with wonderful facilities close to the Costa Brava beaches

MASIA DELANDER is a modern, newly renovated house equipped with a big variety of facilities. It lies beautifully with a only 30 minutes’ drive to the beach and 20 minutes to Girona. Uniquely, the owners have dedicated an entire floor to wellness, and even the kitchen is equipped with professional facilities. These many amenities create a solid base for a peaceful and relaxed holiday, where you can focus and yourself.

The holiday home lies at the end of a small road, and despite the fact that there is a single neighbour; it is very isolated and private. Half of the garden is surrounded by forest, which provides a natural atmosphere. In addition, there is a path down to the nearest village, which can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Here are both shopping facilities and restaurants. Additionally, there are only 30 minutes by car to the beaches of theCosta Brava.

When you enter the entrance of MASIA DELANDER, there is, to the left, a living area. Here are sofas, a pool table, a large flat screen and stereo – a great place to relax indoor. To the right, you can see the very well equipped kitchen of the holiday house. It has a deep freezer (which is always filled with fresh oil for arriving guests), microwave, several refrigerators, Nespresso machine, giant oven, large dishwasher and much more. In connection to this is a nice dining area - and you can access the outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy the long, warm summer evenings.
In MASIA DELANDER, there is also a washing machine and a dryer. There is even a lift in the holiday home.

On the second floor, the owners have built a complete wellness area. If you are here to relax, then you have certainly found the place. There are two spapools, cold water bath, hydromassage showers and two saunas - one with eucalyptus and one normal. The elevator goes all the way up here, and with lots of different coloured light and music, the stage is set for a special experience.

MASIA DELANDER has five spacious bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms. There are three triple rooms, which have loft-beds high under the ceiling (not suitable for very small children). The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of space and nice, wooden beams in the ceiling. In addition, there is air conditioning in every room, so you can freely decide the indoor environment - this is very comfortable on the hot days and nights.

The house has a large, neat garden and a beautiful lawn, with many opportunities for the younger (and older) in the holiday group. There is a wonderful swimming pool with a size of 50m2, where everyone can relax and cool off or enjoy the sun loungers. This pool area is fenced for security, which is a relief if you have very young children with you on holiday. In addition, there is table tennis, football and playground. There is toilet downstairs also, very convenient, when you are in the garden.

There is a huge covered terrace where the whole holiday group can sit outside and eat. There is furthermore a large grill where food can be prepared.

MASIA DELANDER is excellent both for relaxation with its situation and very big garden, and still, you have the exciting regional capital Girona about 10-15 minutes away, Barcelona a bit more than 1 hour's drive away, and the beaches of Costa Brava accessible in 30 minutes.

OUR HISTORY:
Lisbeth and I (Bertel) are the owners of the company SYDENS FERIEHUSE. For the last 14 years we have engaged in letting out fantastic Catalan holiday homes, all of which live up to our criterias: they are authentic, charming homes and are all of a very high standard. We help Josep and his family let out Masia Delander.

We consider the perfect holiday to consist of two parts - a nice holiday home and some great excursions and activities. For each part of Catalonia we have made an activity document with our personal recommendations. As we consider ourselves to be experts in Catalonia, you are of course always welcome to ask for help and advice. We aim to find the perfect holiday home for you :-)

CYCLING GROUPS:
We have had several bicycling groups. The house is a perfect base, with paved road all the way to the house and situated so you can choose between more flat routes towards the Sea or more challenging routes inland. In the evening, you can visit beautiful and lively Girona only 20 minutes away, or simply just enjoy life in the house, where the Wellness zone is perfect for the tired legs.
