LE MELODIE DI LUCCA in the historic centre, parking, terrace, WiFi

The very bright and recently renovated apartment is located within the Walls of Lucca; its main feature is a covered terrace overlooking the Guinigi Tower and the garden of a historic building. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace, a comfortable living room with double sofa bed, two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds and a large bathroom with shower with natural stone finishes. All rooms have windows overlooking an internal courtyard and the towers of medieval Lucca. This exclusive apartment has been completely modernized with independent heating, free WiFi (fibre) and LED TV.

The apartment is on the first floor reached by stairs and is accessed from Via San'Anastasio, a quiet area just 200 meters from Via Fillungo, the main shopping area of ​​the medieval city.

Located in the heart of Lucca, all the attractions of the historic center are within easy walking distance; you can explore the excellent restaurants, bars and shops which are located just 5 minutes walk away, you can have breakfast in one of the local cafes 50 meters from the apartment and dine in one of the excellent local restaurants 50-100 meters away.

The historic center of Lucca has limited vehicle access, however taxis can reach the apartment.

Wonderful holiday

Anna's apartment is lovely. It's in a great location in Lucca and everything is provided.(except air conditioning, however fans were provided and if you close the windows in the heat of the day it stays quite comfortable). It is like a home away from home.

Melodie Apartment is Lovely

A week at Melodie, listening to musicians, delighting in the smell of jasmine, exploring streets and shops and absorbing the Luccan culture with my husband and sister has been memorable. The apartment is lovely, thoughtfully furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed a day trip by train to Florence, a drive to the seaside and lots of great local cuisine. Highly recommend.

The apartment was just like the online pictures. It was if we were one of the locals. Having the music drift through from the music school was and added bonus. The kitchen was excellent for cooking at home. Also the restaurants we tried on Anna's recommendation were accurate. It was just a fantastic place to stay for our stay in beautiful Lucca. Would highly recommended it to anyone.

Wonderful property!

This apartment exceeded all expectataions in comfort, location, walkability, and our host, Anna, was responsive at every point - even late check-in. No detail was overlooked. The linens were fantastic, and if you love music, this property is perfect because it is located just next to a music academy and the melodies drift into the apartment delightfully. The terrace overlooking a garden and the Guinigi Tower was perfect for relaxing and sketching. I highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Prima ... Grazie Mille Anna! If you want to truly experience the charm, serenity, and true soul of Lucca ... This is your home away from home. Anna is simply the best host. Stayed here for 5 weeks. Anna's villa is the perfect combination of authentic Luchese architecture with all of the modern conveniences inside. Outside, beyond my expectations. Wonderful Lucca Apartment

Le Melodie Di Lucca is a wonderful apartment in historic city center. No need for a car, the entire city is walkable and contains everything you would need for a pleasant stay. We spent two months at the apartment and found groceries, laundry services, dry cleaner, and great shopping and shipping just steps away! Anna is a very gracious person that was very assessable and answered our questions immediately. We are so happy we choose Le Mediodie di Lucca!

I'm sorry you didn't fully appreciate the apartment. I can assure you that having a terrace in the historic center of Lucca is a luxury, even if it is only 12 square meters. Furthermore, all the rooms have one or even two full-size windows that overlook a large and pleasant garden.

dejlig feriebolig i Lucca

Ferieboligen er dejlig og ligger fantastisk godt i Lucca. Det kan kun siges positivt om udlejeren. Vi havde lejet boligen til 5 personer, men blev kun 4. Det var godt , at vi ikke var 5 personer, da spisebordet på balkonen slet ikke kunne rumme så mange personer, dårlig nok 4. Desuden skulle sofaen i stuen tages i brug som soveplads, og dette gav kun den lille balkon til rådighed som opholdsareal sammen med køkkenet. Heldigvis havde vi godt vejr, så for os var det ikke et problem. Alt i alt var det en rigtig dejlig feriebolig til 4 personer.

Simply perfect!

We stayed at Melodie di Lucca for one week. Everything there was perfect, starting from the communication with Anna, moving forward to the check-in process (meeting at the garage, explanation on how it works there, finally Anna guiding us to the apartment and already giving suggestions for dinner on the way. The apartment itself is exactly matching the beautiful pictures, has everything you may need for an independent stay, and the cute terrace is the perfect place to step back and relax by having a nice drink. Furthermore it is in walking distance to all historical highlights of Lucca, very nice restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend this apartment, and we will try to book it again, as soon as we will come back to Lucca one day! Thanks again to Anna and Melodie di Lucca!

Lucca and this beautiful apartment are first class!

This was an amazing apartment that myself and friends loved. The property is spacious, stone floors and walls make you feel like you are living in an ancient dwelling with all the modern conveniences of home. It is right next to the Lucca School of Music and each afternoon beautiful strands of classical music would flood the apartment. We were lucky too, to be able to attend several piano rehearsals at the school that were amazingly good at no charge. Lucca, itself, is a treasure. Not as crowded as Florence with its entire historic city in tact and enclosed by its original medieval walls that are topped with a walking trail for bikes and walkers. Museums, towers to climb, churches to visit, music events & plenty of lovely shops and restaurants add to the charm of this ancient city. We were constantly delighted and did not take all the side trips that we had planned because Lucca had it all. Highly recommend Lucca, the property and our host was top notch. Thanks bunches, Joanna

Perfect central location

Lovely comfortable apartment, centrally located near some delightful restaurants and the main shopping centre. Brilliant to have views of the Guinigi Tower from all the rooms and the outside space on the balcony was an added bonus. Music from the school across the street was lovely for the most part, just not ideal if you want a siesta as it does go on all day. Minor detail though as everything about the apartment was terrific. Thanks to Anna for the excellent communication, meeting us on time and for accommodating our arrival time. Would highly recommend the apartment.

Sehr zentral und ruhig - ideal für Familien mit 2 Kindern

Wir waren 4 Tage über Pfingsten 2019 in Lucca. Die Lage - 250m vom Anfiteatro und 100m von der Torre Guinighi (der Turm mit den Bäumen drauf) bot den Vorteil, mit den Kindern immer wieder mal zuhause zu pausieren. 1. OG ist dankbar - nicht so heiss und man ist schnell wieder auf der Gasse. Netter Empfang durch Gastgeber Anna und Gabriel trotz 2 Std. Verspätung. Grundstock an Kaffee, Tee, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Salz und Zucker ist da. Wohnung ist tadellos. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirrspülmaschine - alles da. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen haben wir nicht benutzt. Nette Balkonterrasse inmitten von Jasmin, Oleander und Palmen mit Blick auf den Turm Guinighi. 20m weiter ist das erste Café mit Espresso und Cornetti auch zum mitnehmen in die Wohnung. 200m weiter ein Conad-Supermarkt. Parken ideal im Parcheggio Mazzini 20 Euro/24 Std.. Fahrräder mieten z.B. bei Cicli Rai Erw. 4€/Std. oder 20/Tag, Kinderfahrrad 10€/Tag.
