The views are unbeatable! The apartment is located on the first line of Playa dels Capellans, with its crystal-clear waters, wide beach of fine white sand, a beach bar, children's playground, showers, sun loungers and many other amenities. Everything in perfect condition to enjoy your holidays.



DISTRIBUTION:

- Bright living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals to enjoy on the terrace. Everything tastes better with those views!

- Master bedroom with double bed.

- Children's bedroom with 3 single beds (1 single + 2 in a trundle bed)

- 2 Bathrooms with shower.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.

- Building not accessible by wheelchair. There is a flight of stairs from the entrance to the lift.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Book it in advance, there is usually no parking on the surrounding streets.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Lovely view

Fantastic view and very clean and comfortable apartment. Aircon very much appreciated. You should inform families that the pool does not allow any ball games or inflatables. Clearly this is a residential apartment where the locals aren’t happy about tourists - we really didn’t feel welcome - do understand their view point.

Emplacement top et vue exceptionnelle. Vaisselle de cuisine limité.Si on ne prend pas le garage, on n'a pas le badge pour se rentre à la piscine.Logement idéal pour 5 personnes, mais logement annoncé avec 6 lits. Or, 5 lits et 1 canapé lit inconfortable (on dormirait mieux au sol, car on sent tous les ressorts du matelas de 5cm). L'agence ne nous trouve pas de solution, indiquant ne jamais avoir eu de souci jusqu'à présent.Sous les fauteuils, déchets de précédents locataires.Conclusion conduisant à la note générale : la qualité rencontrée du logement est en deça du prix pratiqué

La confusion concernant le badge d'accès à la piscine a bien été identifiée et corrigée afin d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise. Concernant le canapé-lit, nous avons bien pris note de votre remarque sur le confort du matelas. Même si ce type de couchage est souvent perçu différemment selon les clients, nous allons évaluer une amélioration possible. Super séjour passé a Bahia, logement idéalement placé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, toutes les commodités sont proches dont deux superbes petite plages. Un peu cher mais justifié, le ménage a notre arrivée pas au top. 5 etoiles a part ça. Le menage
