Your own dock on the Colorado River
Beautiful location on the Colorado river, enjoy sunsets, wildlife, desert trails and boating. A great destination for 'snow birds' that want to escape the cold. Enjoy the 'carnival' of Quartzite from January to March, balloons in February at Lake Havasu and trails, hiking and water the rest of the year. Average daily temperature during the day in winter is 75, and during the summer, you'll want to get your toys and jump in the 80 degree water. The property is secured with three cameras covering all external entrances to the property for your safety.

Hosted by John Osslund
Our family has enjoyed the "river of the Viking" for over twenty years. We've had many a wonderful time just sitting around our large kitchen table, playing games and sharing. The river has so many fond memories for us, we would like to share our home with our guests, so they can have some of those same experiences.
