Wij hadden eind april een geweldig verblijf in Mattinata.Het huis was zeer schoon en comfortabel. Het staat in een olijfboomgaard, heeft veel privacy en vanuit het dakterras is er een prachtig uitzicht op de baai en de zee.Op het terrein staan 4 huizen waarvan 2 door de familie van de host bewoond worden. Nicoletta is een perfecte en erg vriendelijke, gastvrije host.Vanuit het huis is het ca. 7 minuten lopen naar het strand en 30 minuten lopen naar het plaatsje.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicoletta war wunderschön. Das Haus ist klein aber fein. Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig schön eingerichtet. Von der ersten Sekunde an hat man sich bei Nicoletta wohl gefühlt. Solch große offene Freundlichkeit, war der Beginn einer unglaublich tollen Zeit. Das Land, die Leute sind einfach wunderbar. Dann kehrt man abends in dieses wunderschöne Haus und sitzt oben auf der Terrasse , mit einem Blick aufs Meer… für uns gibt es nur ein Wort hierfür: Lebensglück! Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🇮🇹☀️

Un piccolo paradiso azzurro

Il soggiorno è stato estremamente piacevole. La signora Nicoletta ha creato un posto magico in armonia con l’ambiente circostante. Ci ha accolti con garbo, simpatia e grande professionalità . L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. La magnifica terrazza sovrastante offre inoltre la possibilità di ammirare tramonti di pace e bellezza assoluta degustando taralli e vino pugliese …insomma un posto indimenticabile !

Cute apartment with beautiful garden near Mattinata Beach

We spent 10 days at Casa Nicoletta and had a beautiful holiday. The apartment was very clean and cosy with all amenities available. The bathroom is newly renovated, the kitchen practical and equipped with everything necessary. There's even a private washing machine and plenty of space to dry the laundry in the sun. Stunning views from the roof top terrace! Great place for sun bathing, yoga and relaxing. The surrounding garden is beautiful and allows you to have your privacy on the premises. The owner Nicoletta shows great hospitality and always gives you helpful information if needed. Thank you for a great holiday!

Nice small house

The house is one of four houses within the same gated ground, located in the middle of an olive plantation. The owner and family live in two of the other houses. Quiet location. You can reach the beach by foot in about 10 minutes, but you will need a car to go to Mattinata town, located more than two kilometres away. The house has seaview from the big roof terrace, which has no shade at all and can be used only mornings and late afternoons/evenings (we were there early July). In front of the house is a nice shaded minor terrace. Kitchen/living room is nice and practical. Kitchen offers enough pots, pans etc for making a small, not to complicated dinner (a couple of good kitchen knives would have been nice). Bedroom and bathroome very nice. The house suitable for two, max. three persons. We were promissed (in writing) that WiFi would be available on our arrival. However, this was not the case and despite a new promise, it was also not installed during our stay. Obviously this was down to mis-communication within the family members. We didn´t receive any compensation or similar for this mistake, even if we made it clear that we needed WiFi for work related tasks and would not have chosen this apartment if we had not been promissed access to WiFi. H+P

La casetta è proprio come descritta nell'annuncio. Ti accoglie con i colori del mare e del sole, è dotata di tutto ciò che serve, offre una terrazza vista mare per piacevoli aperitivi e serate immersi nella tranquillità degli ulivi. Consigliatissima!

Ein, für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekter Ort. Inmitten von Oliven gelegen. Hier kann man abschalten, genießen und entspannen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Nähe zum Meer ca. 300m. Idealer Kieselstrand (ohne Sand). Kein Durchgangsverkehr, da an einer Sackgasse gelegen. Traumhafte Umgebung. Mattinata ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ca. 1,5Km Himmlisch! Zusammengefasst: Ein Geheimtipp. Herzlichen Dank und sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful spotlessly clean property

We spent an enjoyable week in this property. It’s in a beautiful location; a small gated complex surrounded by olive trees and very secure. The sun roof was wonderful and inside, the property is well equipped. Nicoletta and her family were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The only downside was the absence of internet access; otherwise a perfect stay.

La casetta Nicole è un gioco di contrasto tra il bianco cangiante di muri e pareti, il blu degli arredi e degli infissi, e i verdi degli ulivi e delle piante che la Signora Nicoletta ha sapientemente disposto nei giardini curatissimi. La zona è tipicamente immersa nelle piantagioni di ulivi che degradano al mare accompagnandoti fino alla spiaggia di ciottoli, a due passi dalla casetta. La cortesia ed il gusto dell'ospite completano il gradevole soggiorno.

Stilvolles Haus im Olivenhain

Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern hat super funktioniert. Ein modern eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Garten. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man Meerblick. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Ferienhäuschen mit vielen Urlaubsmöglichkeiten

Meine Frau und ich waren im Oktober für die Dauer einer Woche hier. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und eine gute Zeit gehabt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem schönen Anwesen ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Von der Dachterrasse gibt es eine wunderbare SIcht über die Bucht und auf das Meer. Das Haus ist mit Geschmack eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Nicola, die Inhaberin, ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Vom Ferienhaus aus konnten wir nicht nur das Schwimmen im Meer, sondern auch sehr schöne Wanderungen und Besichtigungen im Nationalpark Gargano genießen. Vielen Dank an Nicola. Wir können das Häuschen wärmstens empfehlen.

Casetta Nicole...l'eccellenza in Puglia

Location eccellente. A 2 passi dal mare, a 5 minuti dal centro cittadino e da tutti i servizi. Il mare è splendido, e la gente meravigliosa, per non parlare poi della splendida cortesia dimostrata dai proprietari. In questa casa vacanze regnano serenità e cortesia. Vista meravigliosa sulla costa Garganica. La consiglio a chiunque, resterete estremamente soddisfatti.

"la vacanza perfetta"

Location meravigliosa: nel verde di ulivi ed alberi da frutto, ma a due passi dal mare. I proprietari, davvero ospitali ed attenti ad ogni richiesta, vi faranno sentire come a casa vostra, anzi....anche meglio!! Semplicemente ideale per trascorrere (almeno) una settimana.
