Ein guter Ort zum Entspannen

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, mitten in einem Olivenhain - deshalb ist es himmlisch ruhig. Das Meer ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und am Strand findet man alles, was zu einem gelungenen Strandtag gehört. Sehr gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und die traumhafte Dachterrasse genossen.Die Vermieterin Nicoletta ist sehr nett und unaufdringlich um das Wohl ihrer GĂ€ste bemĂŒht.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht von Mattinata

Wir waren 10 Tage im Casa Giovanni und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus, die Gartenanlage und die Terrassen sind schön gestaltet, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt! Auf dem GelĂ€nde ist noch ein weiteres kleines Ferienhaus und das Haus der Vermieterin. Man ist aber völlig ungestört. Zum Strand (Kiesel) sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants am kleinen Hafen sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein super Ferienhaus in Mattinata! Auch an das Gebell der Hunde rundherum in den Olivenhainen gewöhnt man sich :-)

Location bien située entourée d oliviers.

Séjour trÚs agréable dans une maison coquette qui correspond aux photos. hÎte trÚs accueillante. Tout était parfait. Seul bémol une petite difficulté pour localiser l adresse exacte. On recommande cette location sans problÚme.

La maison de Nicoletta et son emplacement est un coin de rĂȘve ! Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Nicoletta. TrĂšs belle maison, trĂšs propre. EntourĂ©e d'oliviers, c'est un endroit paisible juste en dehors du centre de Mattinata. Proche du parc du Gargano et du Monte Sant'Angelo, de Vieste et de Peschici, il est facile d'explorer cette merveilleuse rĂ©gion. Un grand merci Ă  Nicoletta. Sylvie

Sehr schöne Casa Giovanni

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die sehr liebe Vermieterin spricht perfekt deutsch und hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Casa ist geschmackvoll und mit allem, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage im Olivenhain und die NĂ€he des Kiesstrandes, einiger Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fanden wir sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen. Excellent séjour dans le Gargano

Ravissante petite maison avec une belle terrasse sur le toit et un charmant espace extĂ©rieur dans une propriĂ©tĂ© sĂ©curisĂ©e comprenant quelques maisons espacĂ©es dans une oliveraie, un bel environnement trĂšs paisible. L'Ă©quipement est fonctionnel avec l'essentiel pour la cuisine et les arts de la table. En revanche, il y a une vĂ©ritable dĂ©coration intĂ©rieure, de bon goĂ»t. Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine et avons pu rayonner depuis Mattinata dans le Gargano et le nord des Pouilles : Vieste, Peschici, Monte San Angelo et mĂȘme Trani et Barletta.. Une plage de galets est accessible en 7 minutes Ă  pied et d'autres belles plages le sont en une quinzaine de minutes en voiture.

einzigartige Unterkunft im Olivenhain

Ruhig gelegenes geschmackvolles Ferienhaus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Im zweiten Zimmer wĂ€re eine Kommode oder Ă€hnliches hilfreich gewesen. Die entspannte AtmosphĂ€re werden wir sehr vermissen, sodass wir gerne wiederkommen werden.
