Fantastic Sea Views

This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days. My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay away from the tourism of other parts of Gran Canaria. Arinaga is only 6 miles from the airport- so no long bus transfers, but very little to no plane intrusion noise. Be aware that there are steps up to the apartment despite being advertised as ground floor. However the building is wheelchair accessible through the garage as the lift services all floors from the garage to roof. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful owner and the perfect place for a break at any time of the year. We stayed in December and loved it.

Schöne Lage und gute Kommunikation

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet- Die Lage ist perfekt: Direkt an der Promenade, nur 50 Meter zur nächsten Badestelle, verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe, mehrere Bushaltestellen sind nicht weit und Arinaga ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung recht ruhig. Bei offenem Fenster kann man das Meer hören. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen hört man deshalb nur selten Flugzeuge. Das fehlende deutsche Fernsehprogramm haben wir nur selten vermisst. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Een aanradertje

Een uitstekend gelegen, modern ingericht en verzorgd appartement, zicht op zee, veel licht en zon, groot dakterras dat ons toeliet om tijdens de lockdown (Corona) toch nog eens buiten te komen. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig behalve keukenhanddoeken, blikopener en een afsluitdop voor de spoelbak in de keuken. Zeer goede wifi en dat kwam wel van pas tijdens de lockdown.

Wonderful views

The apartment is very close to the sea with windows you can open to really hear the waves. It does not have a balcony which was slightly disappointing. Everything in the apartment is new and you have everything you need to cook. Easy to park close to the building.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung direkt an der geschmackvoll gestalteten Strandpromenade. Küste größtenteils aus Lavagestein, nur an vereinzelten Stellen sind kleine Sandstrände vorhanden. Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung und Gerätschaften sind komplett vorhanden. Im Bad fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kosmetika u.a. Utensilien. TV-Empfang ist leider nur für spanische Sender geeignet, WLAN hat gute Übertragungsqualität für Online-Dienste mit PC. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus oder in nächster Nähe vorhanden. Für Selbstversorger gibt es gute Supermärkte in 5-6km Entfernung. Der Standort hat eine direkte Anbindung an die Autobahn in Richtung Norden und Süden. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Wohnung mit perfekter Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der geräumigen Wohnung genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt im schönsten Teil des Dorfes direkt an der Strandpromenade aber gleichzeitig nicht überlaufen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hatte sogar Sandspielsachen für unsere Kinder. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich bei Fragen. Mit Mietwagen ist das Dorf idealer Ausgangspunkt, um in kurzer Zeit an jeden Punkt der Insel zu gelangen.

Hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Arinaga - das Apartment ist neu, modern und gemütlich. Die Lage direkt am Meer - die Aussicht genial! Meeresrauschen inklusive! ;) Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - alles da was man braucht! Francisco war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit und auch zwischendurch immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Ha sido un mes fantástico y el apartamento ha tenido mucho que ver con ello por su ubicación y completa equipación. Cada invierno pasamos una temporada en la isla. Hemos visto muchos apartamentos y este ha sido, con mucho, el mejor. Quienes pretendan alejarse de la vorágine turística de Maspalomas-Playa del Ingles, Arinaga y este apartamento son la selección mas adecuada. No tengo ninguna duda. Muchas gracias por todo Francisco. Estupendo !!!

Apartamento muy limpio, acogedor y sobre todo en primera linea de la playa. Esta muy bien equipado con todo lo que uno necesite para disfrutar plenamente de su estancia. El proprietario Francisco es muy amable y sabe muy bien como cuidar a sus clientes - a nuestra llegado nos espero con algo para comer, ya que llegamos muy temprano a las 1:30 de la manana. Muchisimas gracias de nuevo :) En conclusion diria: muy recomendable, volveros seguro. Un abrazo muy fuerte Franscisco desde Alemania, Raluca.

Great place for rest

We used Arinaga as a starting point for trips around the island and it worked perfectly. Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet area - that was exactly what we was needed at the end of a long day. Francisco is a great guy, he provided absolutely everything what we could possibly need...Each day we have been going back 'home' which is much more nice feeling than going back to hotel...

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, außer einer Kaffeemaschine. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man konnte sich dort durchaus wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Francisco, Le lieu est fidèle aux photos, très agréable avec une vue sur mer, (Appartement bien entretenue), dans lequel nous adorions se retrouver! Francisco nous a très bien conseillé sur les coins à visiter, les bons restaurants... Nous n'avons pas du tout regretté la location de voiture indispensable aux îles canaries Nous avons adoré découvrir cette île et leurs habitants très courtois, souriant tout le temps. Encore Merci à vous, Francisco, pour cet agréable séjour C'est avec grand plaisir que nous retournerons en ce lieu.
