The apartment is located on the seafront, completely renovated, it has a large terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea where you can view and enjoy great views, observe water sports and all kinds of boats. Comfortable, bright, fresh and very functional. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 singles and 1 double. The train station is close to an hour to travel to the heart of Barcelona or Gerona.
This apartment has been recently renovated, is in perfect condition. Unlike other apartments in the area has a frontal views of the Mediterranean Sea that make it unique.
The apartment has a nice pool with 2 heights so they can bathe the little ones.

First time in Spain

We travelled to Pineda de Mar with the family. The apartment is located within walking distance to the start of the Ironman Swim. It is centrally located very easy to make our way to Calella. The view from the balcony is phenomenal.it was a great first impression of the Mediterranean Sea . Ivan was very quick to help with any of our request.

Exzellente Aussicht, jedoch die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist stark renovierungsbedürftig.Dazu hat es ständig aus dem Abwasser in der Toilette gestunken. Das war echt unangenehm.Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Beautiful view!

Super location with great unobstructed view of the sea. The host was fabulous - great communication, was there to meet us (and we were late!) and available through out our stay Would definitely recommend.
