This wonderful, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse with superb views over Miraflores Golf Course and the Mediterranean is available for your enjoyment.

Any reference to the hot tub (jacuzzi) is not available for the 2023 season.

Large terraces grace this luxurious penthouse. After a day on one of the local beaches or by the swimming pool in the spacious and pretty communal gardens relax on the front terrace overlooking the golf course and Mediterranean Sea with a glass of wine, beer or sangria.

Why they chose this property

Sunshine on at least one of the two terraces all day long.
Relax on one of the sun-beds on the terrace - or maybe sup a beer or two in the summer at the pool bar - before taking a dip in the uniquely shaped swimming pool.
Our favourite Marina is situated at Cabo Pino just a short drive to the East. More commercial centres of Fuengirola and Marbella are equidistance to the east and west.

Malaga airport is just 25 minutes from this wonderful apartment - and the train station at Fuengirola gives easy access to Malaga City, Torremolinos and Benalmadena.
For the kids there is a water park and zoo - not to mention miles of sandy (and occasionally rocky) beaches.

For those wanting to explore a little further afield Gibraltar and the ports to North Africa are only a couple of hours drive. Also, the ancient cities of Cordoba and Granada can be easily explored in a day.
