charming renovated farmhouse located in the middle of the Drome Provençale.
The house is fully solar heated
Swimming spa, water and heating for a more ecological house.
Between Lyon and Marseille close to the A7 motorway
located in the middle of truffle oaks and lavender in a very calm environment and not overlooked on an area of 38 hectares. Pretty house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet.
A stone's throw from the renowned village of Grignan and its famous Marquise de Sevigné castle
but also Montelimar nougat, very beautiful local product markets, the silk museum or the crocodile farm. After a hike or a nice bike or mountain bike ride, the swim spa (8m long) will be appreciated. And to end the evening, an aperitif around the pétanque field .... finally, whether it is strollers or sportsmen or family holidays, everyone will be happy.

In May the house is surrounded by thyme, fragrant and beautiful beautiful.

Fantastic secluded house

Absolutely loved this place. Completely isolated, so peaceful and quiet. Loved the large jacuzzi/pool, ideal for cooling down from the summer heat. Great location with fabulous views. Owner responded in good time with any teething problems, ie we had a power issue, that was easily and quickly resolved. Would love to stay there again.

A delightful house in a secure and rural setting; far from any neighbours - we loved the solitude. The internal decoration was immaculate and the property was well equipped. The owner responded very fast to a drop out in the internet connection and was helpful throughout. However, the pool is not a pool - it is a large spa bath which is significantly smaller than what we had anticipated having seen the photographs. It is around 2x6m. Furthermore, the hot tub part is not hot. The 'pool' photographs that advertise the property should be changed to reflect the reality better.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus von Nicolas. Das riesige Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt mit einem sehr stabilen Zaun. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Bei Problemen waren Nicolas und Marie-Loraine jederzeit erreichbar und zur Stelle. Vielen Dank, dass wir die Ferien in diesem tollen Haus verbringen durften.

Så lækkert et sted, ro, idyllisk, stort, roligt, charmerende og særdeles hundevenligt med hegn rundt om grunden. Vi fik en skøn og grundig intro i huset og stedet. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne komme igen . Vi forsøgte dog siden dag 1. at komme i kontakt med ejer, pga. myrer og manglende strøm-vand og vi har stadig intet hørt fra ejeren!?Men vil bestemt anbefale dette sted - virkelig lækkert.

Es war unglaublich schön

Une escapade en pleine nature relaxante et apaisante

Lieu idéal pour visiter les environs : Taulignan grignan dieulefit nyons l’abbaye aiguebelle.., à 40 mn du gîte maximum. De belles découvertes : huilerie de chamelle, biscuiterie de st Maurice sur eygues, château de grignan…, le village de vinsobre…., Comps un point de vue exceptionnel, .. et des gens charmants qui prennent le temps de partager leurs passions,. Donc ce gîte est central pour ces visites. Ce qui est super c’est de se retrouver au calme pour un jacuzzi ou/ et une partie de pétanque en rentrant autour d’une plancha …, des chemins de randonnées pour les amoureux de l’effort et de la nature . Séjour vraiment très agréable.

Si vous aimez être tranquilles, c’est merveilleux ! Maison très agréable, simple mais parfaite. 4 chambres lits doubles, un environnement clôturé rien que pour nous. Nous qui aimons être au calme, c’était le paradis!

De manière générale, excellent séjour dans une maison bien équipée et correspondant à l'annonce. Cependant, il manque certaines facilités comme une rampe pour entrer et sortir de la piscine (pas accessible pour une personne à mobilité réduite) ou une barrière pour prévenir les chutes de petits enfants. Certains matelas usés ou trop durs (les sommiers sont fixes) ne conviennent pas aux personnes souffrant du dox. Dans les salles de bains, une poignée pour se tenir serait bienvenue.

Ma fiile s'est mariée 08/07/23 au Domaine de Belfonds à Grignan. Je cherchais à m'installer la semaine du mariage à proximité pour des questions de logistique mais aussi pour découvrir la Région et en faire profiter 3 couples d'amis faisant le déplacement depuis le Nord. Les jeunes mariés étant à proximité, ils pouvaient facilement venir partager les repas du midi ou du soir, tout particulièrement le jour de mon anniversaire

A l'abri du bruit et de l'agitation

Magnifique séjour dans cette maison, certes isolée, mais si paisible et si calme. Même nos bébés ont apprécié cet environnement en pleine nature, éloigné de toute l'agitation de notre vie quotidienne. Terrasse, piscine, pétanque, tout était parfait. Merci à M. Trés bel emplacement au calme mais tous les équipements de la maison sont en fin de vie ( cafetière, plancha, tireuse à bière HS à notre arrivée, panne rideau spa ,poignée porte et portail entrée, BBQ hors d'âge et sous dimensionné pour 8).Heureusement que nous avions un technicien de maintenance parmi nous. Relents de fosse septique désagréable en fonction de la direction du vent. Connexion internet poussive rétablie au bout de 5 jours par le propriétaire. Dans cette villa, seul le tarif est haut de gamme .

Séjour presque que parfait !

Notre séjour au Mas de la Source nous a vraiment satisfaits! La bâtisse est vraiment bien équipée et rien ne manquait. Les chambres avec chacune leur douche/WC étaient très appréciables. Le bassin de nage est vraiment agréable. L’accueil par Valérie et de son mari (concierge des lieux) était parfait. Seul regret: être tombé sur une période de mistral durant notre séjour qui nous a empêchés de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur (surtout du bassin de nage où il était difficile d’en sortir sans frissonner). Mais cela n’est en rien imputable au propriétaire, évidemment.
