With beautiful forest and dunes nearby, this modern villa in Groet has 5 bedrooms that can host 8 people. It is ideal for a group or families travelling together to stay enjoying the terrace with barbecue and central heating.

A bike ride can take you to the beach (2 km) at Schoorl aan Zee or Camperduin. Within 2 minutes you can reach the Noord-Hollands dune with its hiking and biking routes. Art lovers must visit the artists' village of Bergen. Other places to check out are the city of Alkmaar and the Hollands Kaasmuseum. There are many restaurants in the area and supermarket can be reached in 300 m.

The time flies as you relax in the hallway or in the living room with fireplace. The central heating will keep you cozy. This stay is normally for 6 person. A small chamber above the „garage“ without heating for additional 2 person’s is not nice. The complete holiday home needs an overhaul. In the garden was a lot of feces.

Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht um auch mal selber zu kochen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Wir konnten sogar 2 Std. früher anreisen. Alles war sauber. Lediglich die Gartenmöbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Wenn man mit 6 Erwachsenen anreist, muss man wissen, daß das 3 Doppelbettzimmer nur über eine Stiege zu erreichen ist. Für jüngere Paare sicherlich kein Problem. Die Villa ist optimal gelegen, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und natürlich der wunderbare Dünenpark zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit belvilla war über Email problemlos und sehr zeitnah in der Bearbeitung. Für 4 Erwachsene mit Kindern ist das Haus optimal, da es viel Raum bietet und auch einen sehr grossen Garten hat. Die wunderschöne Umgebung hat mit den reizvollen Städtchen Bergen, Aalkmar und Egmont tolle Ausflugsziele. Ein weiterer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Vooral de grote tuin is een pre. En daar hebben we heel wat uurtjes doorgebracht. Boven de garage een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, waar je naar toe kon klimmen via een smalle trekladder. Dat was af en toe best eng, want als je er niet helemaal goed op ging staan, klapte de trap een beetje naar binnen. Maar aan het eind van de week hadden we de slag te pakken. We komen graag volgend jaar weer!
