My accommodation is close to the Lidi (beaches), the tourist port and the San Leone promenade.
Nearby there are restaurants, bars, markets, bakeries, pharmacy, newsagent, fishmonger and there are also various activities for the family and beautiful places to visit.
At 3 km you will find all the Greek art of Agrigento, with the splendid Valley of the Temples and in the center of the city the Arab / Norman and Baroque art.
We are 4 km from the splendid "Scala dei Turchi", a unique naturalistic jewel sent.
you will like my accommodation for these reasons:

Chill out in San Leone

Thank you to Sergio and family for a lovely holiday. The breakfast pastries were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Ricardo was very helpful with organizing taxis and trips. Thank you. However we were not aware, from the VRBO description of the property, that the owners were living at the villa and therefore the pool was not completely private. This did distract from our enjoyment a little but we still had a good holiday and the apartment was lovely.

A large comfortable unit near the Agrigento Valley of the Temples

While the owners do not speak English their teenage son, Roberto, does and guided us to the property from where the GPS brought us and oriented us to the unit and nearby restaurants and attractions. The unit is spacious and VERY WELL supplied with breakfast and snack goods. The only problem was only one bedroom has AC and that bedroom was locked off on our first night - it was resolved our second night. If you want AC for sleeping, be sure to ask for access to that bedroom.

Lovely spacious apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well presented and well equiped apartment with its own courtyard area. The hosts are very welcoming and the delicious breakfasts every morning, sourced from a local bakery, were delicious and a very considerate touch. There are plenty of local restaurants and the beach within a 10 minute walk, and the private pool (shared with the hosts) was a lovely space to relax and chill by. Only one bedroom was air conditioned, but fans were provided which helped to keep us cool at night. The fact that the owners speak only a little english, and we spoke no italian did not hamper us as their son and daughter both spoke english and we were able to communicate jointly in French anyway. A lovely, relaxing holiday for us as a family.

Komplett eingerichtetes, großzügiges Appartement, gute Betten. Sergio ist der perfekte Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit.Die Versorgung mit superleckeren Blätterteigteilchen morgens waren der Hit!!!Die Lage ebenfalls klasse, da abseits vom Trubel, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von San Leone.

Sergio est un hôte super acceuillant

tout s'est bien passé, sergio et sa femme nous ont très bien accueilli (quelle belle surprise les viennoiseries pour les petits déjeuners) et bien conseillé (visite des temples le soir et non le matin) La piscine est en effet devant la terrasse des propriétaires mais ils n'étaient pas présents lorsque nous en avons profité.

Ottima sistemazione

Casa dotata di ogni confort, pulitissima e fresca. Ottima posizione, vicino ai servizi e comoda per la valle dei templi e altri punti di interesse sulla costa. Da sottolineare l'attenzione del signor Sergio, che arricchisce la colazione con specialità fresche locali, coccolando gli ospiti. Da ripetere!

Familienurlaub in San Leone

Sergio war super freundlich beim Check-In. Es gab jeden Morgen süße Teilchen zum Frühstück. Man wohnt im Parterre mit eigener Terrasse und Mitbenutzung des Pools. Sergio und seine Familie wohnen über der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Très bon séjour avec un bémol

Très bon accueil du propriétaire (un grand merci pour les viennoiseries tous les matins) et emplacement idéal pour les plages de la région et la vallée des temples. Deux bémols : la piscine est partagée avec les propriétaires (ce n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce) et les papiers toilettes à mettre dans des poubelles et non dans les toilettes

Vacanza perfetta

Appartamento indipendente in villa, di nuova ristrutturazione, arredato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Confortevole e pulito. La gestione è perfetta in tutto. Sergio ti coccola nei minimi dettagli, portando tutte le mattine ottimi prodotti dolciari per la prima colazione Non mancano i buoni consigli da posti da visitare. Vicino al lungomare si San Leone e a 7 min. Dalla valle dei Templi. Ci siamo sentiti da subito come fossimo tra amici. Grazie Sergio e Francesca speriamo di incontrarci nuovamente. Assolutamente consigliato.
