Villa Paloma is a charming south facing villa, recently renovated, with 3 large bedrooms all with AC and 2 bathrooms. With stunning sea views of the bay and a 10-minute walk from the Portet beach, sandy beach. A quiet house with a pool of 8 x 4 meter private, surrounded by gardens and private parking.
The house is located in one of the quietest areas of Portet, and we enjoy stunning ocean views. Spanish / English / German DTT, TV, satellite, WIFI, barbecue, equipped kitchen, a wonderful villa for a perfect holiday in the sun.
Rooms: First bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables
at night, lamps and air conditioning.
Second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and air conditioning.
Third bedroom with three single beds, dresser closet, bedside tables, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Third bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and air conditioning.
Bathrooms: A bathroom with tub and shower, toilet and sink.
Second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Kitchen: New and fully equipped, with oven, induction, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and toaster. There is a large selection of cutlery, kitchen utensils and crockery, glasses, etc.
Salon: South facing, very sunny, the entire facade is a large window that allows enjoy the stunning pool and views of the gardens. Comfortable sofa and chairs, dresser and fireplace, satellite TV international television and WIFI
The dining room is an open space, bright and sunny, with large windows that lead directly to the pool and garden.

The cove El Portet is within walking distance of the house, a beach with "Blue Flag". El Portet is one of the quietest areas, and exepcional location, the Mediterranean coast. There are two restaurants sitruados on the beach, very nice, and a gourmet restaurant "Le Dauphin" from where you can see the sunset. Moraira boasts 325 sunny days a year!
Golf. Two excellent golf courses nearby, Jack Nicholas golf Levante in Benidorm (35 minutes) and La Sella in Denia, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal (30 minute drive). There are also two golf courses of 9 holes in Javea and Moraira.

Eine traumhaft schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus, das Pool, die Umgebung...hier stimmt alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Haus und in Moraira. Der Blick ist grandios. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön, das dritte nicht wirklich (hier könnte noch etwas investiert werden). Dafür sind Küche-/Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer wirklich toll und sehr geeignet, um sich hier aufzuhalten. Die großen Schiebefenster im Küchen-/Essbereich sind der Hit, da man dadurch das Gefühl hat, draußen zu sein. Glücklicherweise kann man diese auch leicht beschatten, da es im Sommer sicherlich sehr heiß werden kann. Das Pool ist groß genug, um darin zu schwimmen oder Ballspiel zu veranstalten. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass man das Haus täglich länger lüften sollte, da es einen etwas modrigen Geruch hat. Dieser verzieht sich durch tägliches Lüften ziemlich gut. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Le Portet

The house was fantastic, we arrived and were greeted by the owner and showed around the property. One of the best villas I have stopped in. Views were amazing. Would definitely recommend this as a holiday villa.
