Looking for spectacular sea views under the sun where you can relax. In Casa EL MIRADOR, you have the best views of the splendid bay in Cullera. The house is great in any time of the year.

Situated in a warm and relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea. The house is located in Cap Blanc, the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera, with a peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach (200m) and a fantastic swimming pool. The perfect place for your holidays.

The house has a chill-out terrace of 60 square meters. The chill-out area has 2 sofas and armchairs to enjoy the splendid views and the sun. There's a dining area and a barbecue just for you !!! There are also some extras in the terrace as an outdoor shower, toilet, refrigerator and bluetooth music system.

The house has plenty of room for families and groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with NETFLIX TV and WIFI, kitchen, three bathrooms and a sauna.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing and dryer machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable.

The living room is bright and spacious. It has 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a big balcony with fantastic views to the bay. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's TV with NETFLIX too.

The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter.

And out of summer, you can enjoy the real experience of having a sauna after enjoying your day in a Mediterranean beach.

COME and FEEL like home living the real Mediterranean atmosphere.

The property is in a charming neighborhood next to the beach (200m). There's a communal swimming pool with restricted access. The pool is very big(more than 16m long by 5m wide) and is overlooking the sea and the mountain. Of course, there are sun umbrellas and hammocks available.

We have a reserved parking place for Casa El Mirador by the house. So, no issues with parking. And... we also have a small garden in the house entrance with a table, seats and an additional outdoor shower.

Cullera is a privileged city in the heart of the Valencia coast with an idyllic climate, an average of 300 sunny days a year and a temperature ranging from 18 to 29 degrees centigrade. Moreover, its coast constitutes a big bay that protects the beach from winds and swells, providing the perfect conditions to enjoy the Mediterranean sea.

There are good restaurants, tapas bars and shops near the residential area where the house is located.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The place was exactly as promised and Ana was great to work with. The place has a ton of space inside and on the roof. Well stocked with everything we needed. The view is spectacular and the town was very nice with lots of good places to eat. Beaches are great. Only downside is that is a tough climb from the town up to this place. We were generally ok with it but some might struggle.

Great view from townhouse roof terrace.

The property is a town house built in the hillside overlooking the bay in Cullera. The ground floor comprises a spacious comfortable living room with a picture window and a well equipped kitchen area to the side. The TV package includes Netflix . There are 2 double sized bedrooms and a bathroom on each of the downstairs floors all with views of the sea. All have plentiful storage. The double room on the middle floor has a small balcony. One of the rooms has two single beds and is decorated as a child’s room. The middle bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower. The lower bathroom is smaller and has a compact shower unit. The upstairs roof terrace is the crowning glory of the house furnished with 2 outdoor sofas a large dining table a toilet ,outdoor shower and barbecue area and an easy to operate awning which covers all or part of the area to suit requirements.A lovely place to enjoy the view across the bay and surrounding hillside. One of my favourite things about this property was decent sized communal swimming pool with a good number of loungers , which we pretty much had to ourselves, during mid September . I would mention that there are around 45 steps leading up to it – so not for people with mobility issues. Ana was great to deal with and was always a prompt communicator, giving detailed directions to the house, good instructions for use of the property and advice of places to go in the surrounding area. If we return to Cullera- we shall return to CM. 👍😀

Tolles Haus! Wir haben meinen 60. Geburtstag mit Familie und Freunden dort gefeiert.Der Restaurant Tip von Ana war richtig gut! Danke nochmals an Ana für die tolle Begleitung und die Tips! Das Casa Salvador war ein Traum!Das Haus bietet viel Platz, eine tolle Aussicht und hat eine traumhafte Sonnenterrasse.Ein toller Swimming Pool ist nur ein Stockwerk höher direkt bei der Wohnung. Diesen haben wir fast nur alleine genutzt.Mit dem Auto ist man in 1 Minute am Strand. Dort gibt es auch eine Bar zum Frühstücken und für kleine Snacks.Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, modern und freundlich, die Bäder großzügig Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und eine komplette Kücheneinrichtung ist vorhanden.Der Aussengrill lädt zu einem tollen Grillabend auf der Terrasse mit Aussicht aufs Meer ein!Es war eine unvergessliche Woche!

Fijn huis met prachtig uitzich

January in Cullera

We found the accommodations very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the location and the surrounding community very much. We were not aware that most of the nearby restaurants are closed during January and February and It took a while to find a few cafes in the area that were actually operating but it worked out in the end. The internet service did work but we did have to restart the router several times a day. The first week was pretty cool and the unheated bedrooms were a bit of a problem but we got by. A few extra blankets would have been great! We found that having a car was important to the success of our stay. It would be very difficult to get along without one.

Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man am Strand, aber Vorsicht, es geht zum Haus ziemlich steil bergauf. Ein Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit diesem phantastischen Blick, unbezahlbar. Von jedem Zimmer kann man das Meer sehen In der Küche ist wirklich alles was man braucht. Wir waren zur nebensaison vor Ort, was ein wenig schade war, denn der Ort ist über Tag ausgestorben. Die Vermieterin nimmt mit wattsapp Kontakt auf, was die Kommunikation sehr einfach macht. Gerne wieder😊

La casa tiene una ubicación espectacular. Disfrutamos mucho de las vistas, especialmente desde la terraza, durante los desayunos y las cenas familiares. Dos pequeñas pegas: las mujeres de a familia dijeron que la limpieza podría ser mejor (los varones ni nos dimos cuenta). Por otra parte, son 4 plantas de escaleras. Si eres joven y estás en forma, no hay problema. La atención de Ana, perfecta. Muy recomendable.

Great Apartment

Excellent property, very clean and with great views from the roof terrace. We stayed in late May 2019 and had a great family holiday staying in the apartment. The apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the beach front but I would recommend a car for your visit as the property is located at the top of a very steep hill and there are few restaurants within a 20 minute however the local taxi companies are very easy to use and very friendly.

Wir haben das Domizil für eine Woche gemietet und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist nicht die modernste aber inb jedem Fall zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Man muss wirklich nichts tun ausser den Kühlschrank zu füllen. Der Kontakt zu der Besitzerin Ana war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr willkommen. Anreise und Abreise liefen einwandfrei. Wir werden die tollen Stunden auf der Dachterasse echt vermissen.

Great house for the whole family with views as advertised.

We stayed over New Years with 3 generations of my family. The house was perfectly clean with everything we needed for the week, including lots of toys and other necessities for the 3 young kids. Ana was very responsive and helpful with our pre-stay questions, and we had no need to ask for more once there. Our only disappointment with the house was that we hadn't realized before booking that the third double bed was a sofa bed. Since the twin bed room had kid size beds, that meant one adult couple had to squeeze into the sofa bed. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to be aware of in advance. As commented in other reviews, parents should be aware of the very steep hill outside and the many stairs inside, but we found both to be perfectly manageable. Finally, just have to say that the rooftop terrace is even more spectacular than it looks in the pics, with some true winter sunsets to be enjoyed in the evening as well.
