Looking for spectacular sea views under the sun where you can relax. In Villa MARIOLA you have the best views of the splendid bay in Cullera. This villa is great in any time of the year. Situated in a warm and relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea.
The house is located in Residential Villas Mediterraneo, one of the the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. The perfect place for your holidays ★★★★★
The Villa has one terrace with hammocks to enjoy the splendid views and the sun. There is a second terrace with a chill-out area with sofas and armchairs to enjoy the the sun. There's a dining area and a barbecue just for you!!
The house has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with NETFLIX TV and WIFI, kitchen and three bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing machine, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable.
The living room is bright and spacious. It has fantastic views to the bay and direct access to the terrace. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's NETFLIX TV too. FREE High Speed WIFI inside the house. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter.

There's a communal swimming pool indoor/outdoor, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The pool is very big (more than 13m long by 4 m wide). There are also communal areas for playing and enjoying the free time. The house has a parking place (indoor) with space up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking.
Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city.
The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach.
There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.
This is an owner managed property. We like to think that our guests feel at home in Villa Mariola. So, we are always available to help our guests to enjoy their stay. We have also prepared some guides for our guests so they have all important information about the area, what to do, where to eat.
Cullera is a privileged area in the heart of Valencian coast with an ideal weather. An average of 300 sunny days a year and an average temperature that ranges from 18 to 29 degrees. Furthermore, Cullera coast forms a great bay that protects its beaches from winds and tides... having the perfect conditions to enjoy the Mediterranean sea.

We spent a great time in this recent villa, very design and well decorated. The owner is very well organized, very welcoming (basket of local product), house is very well equiped and beds very comfortable (when needed heating system works very well :-)). Sehr schönes großes Reihenhaus, viel Platz, alles vorhanden. Schnell am Strand, Einkaufen, Essen. Fahrzeug erforderlich. Traumhafte Aussicht. Vermieter Kommunikation sehr gut und freundlich. Ruhige sichere Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür oder in Garage möglich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Hervorragend ausgestattet, super Betten, großzügig. Aber das Beste ist der Blick aufs Meer. Grandios. Man kann sich wunderbar erholen, wenn Eindrücke am Strand oder in Valencia ausreichend gesammelt sind. Von außen staunt man erst, weil man die Größe des Hauses nicht erwartet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr engagiert und sehr nett. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen, um alles genießen zu können. Der Geminschaftspool ist außen und innen unbeheizt. Tischtennisanlage usw. sind klasse. Wir empfehlen das Haus ganz klar weiter.
