This one bedroom apartment is new to the market and is situated in a beautiful, small private condominium in a quiet location. Falesia Beach is a 10/15 minute walk and the Marina a 15 minute walk, or five minutes by bike (two of which are kept at the Apartment). The apartment consists of one large bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe, a bathroom with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a large terrace. The living room has a sofa bed and one large fold up bed. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family. There is a good size shared swimming pool and a underground garage should you wish to hire a car. Faro Airport is an half an hour journey. Amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy are also a 10 minute walk away.

Great communication from the host and so accommodating with a later arrival having set up the beds for us also! Apartment is clean and spacious and in a great location as was only a short, flat, walk to the marina. Pool area was quiet and the veranda area had sunshine all day. Vilamoura as always is a lovely place to visit. Thanks again and would recommend!

Great place to stay!!!

This apartment was perfect for us!!! Ideal for couples or small families. The pool was great for adults and children and never felt over crowded. The location is great too, we did have a car which was handy if you didn’t fancy the walk to the marina and beach in the heat and meant we were able to explore other areas. The host was great too and always available to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend!!!!!

Fabulous apartment and complex

We have just had a wonderful weeks stay in this apartment. Booking was smooth, met at the apartment promptly ...and we just started to enjoy our holiday from then on. The apartment is well equipped, we loved being able to use the bikes and the location for the beach, marina and local shops is just perfect ! Great little pool area too which was never crowded. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend if you are looking for an apartment where you can walk /cycle in the local area . A little gem !

Magnífico apartamento estar de relax, dos niños, cada uno en sofá cama doble, y una gran habitación de matrimonio. Paul un anfitrión muy atento y amable, nos indicó muy bien (con un vídeo estupendo), el acceso al apartamento. La cocina tenía de todo, frigorífico con congelador, microondas, cocina de gas, airfried, lavadora. Aparcamiento en la puerta.Temíamos a la ola de calor, pero con el a/a del salón se refresca todo el alojamiento. Los niños se lo pasaron genial en la piscina.Lugar para repetir. Gracias Paul.

Superbes vacances à vilamoura en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour à vilamoura, l appartement est confortable, et très bien situé : proche de la gare routiere, de l intermarché, la marina et parcours de golf. Les 4 vélos mis à notre disposition nous ont permis de faire de beĺles balades ; vilamoura dispose de grandes pistes cyclables ! La praïa de la falesia est à 5 minutes en vélo. La residence est calme et la piscine très appréciable. Elle est nettoyée régulièrement. La communication avec le propriétaire est rapide et efficace et a été à notre écoute. Lors du check-in, une personne sur la place nous a reçu ; je la remercie pour son accueil.

Bonjour, Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à VILLAMOURA. L'appartement et la piscine étaient vraiment très agréable. Seul petit bémol : La télévision n'a pas fonctionné toute la semaine. Captait très mal. Mais ce n'est pas grave. Nous recommanderons avec plaisir cet appartement à des amis ; et si nous revenons à l'algarve nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Bonne journée Nathalie ALMEIDA

Très bon séjour mais....

Appartement très bien situé, propre et proche des commerces, de la plage , du centre ville et de la superbe Marina. Debbie vous accueille de manière chaleureuse (très disponible , parlé anglais et portugais)et le propriétaire est très réactif lorsqu'on entre en communication avec lui. La place de parking souterrain est très appréciable, surtout quand on prend soin de sa voiture! Vilamoura est une très jolie ville, idéale pour les familles mais aussi pour faire la fête car elle offre des temps calmes et reposants si on le souhaite ou une vie festive et animée le soir. La piscine est bien entretenue. Le calme de l'appartement est appréciable. En revanche, pour les jeunes fêtards, ce n'est pas recommandé au vue du calme qui y règne.Ce que nous avons apprécié personnellement. Possibilité de vous rendre en ville en vélo , 4 vélos adultes dispos et possibilité de louer des vélos en ville. De nombreuses pistes cyclables. Seul bémol, la machine à laver et la TV étaient hors service.Un peu dommage avec une famille de ne pas pouvoir laver son linge ou regarder la TV. Quelques aménagements seraient appréciés : une passoire, un etendoir à linge et des ustensiles de cuisine plus récent (poêles, casseroles...)seraient un plus. La cuisine est bien prévue malgré tout ( grande avec micro onde, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière à capsule...La climatisation est appréciable mais un peu dépassée ( clim mobile dont le tuyau doit être mis dehors et de l'eau qui coule, mettre un récipient). Nous avons apprécié la fourniture des draps, serviettes de toilette, serviettes pour la piscine et torchons. Très bon séjour!

Excellent property with all the comforts of home

We wanted a quiet location away from the usual tourist areas and found this gem. So convenient to both beach and Villamoura Marina- less than 18 minutes walk to Marina and about 20 minutes walk to the beach. The property was spotless and the patio area very spacious. The owner left bikes for us to use which was very handy for the quick trip to the supermarket in the morning, which was excellent with everything you would require. The supermarket is on the way to the marina and is only a 10 minute walk. There is an ATM outside it and pharmacy next door. Across the road from the supermarket there is a Tennis Club which serves really good coffee. The owner also provided a coffee machine so we were also able to enjoy our early morning coffee on the patio in the beautiful sunshine. We used the pool a few times but it got a little crowded with kids in the afternoon so we preferred to go to the beach. The beach was amazing- clear water, big waves. There were 3 restaurants that I could see where you could eat. There was also a shop where you could buy newspapers, beach towels, ice creams and pretty much anything you wanted for a day on the beach. The golf courses are nearby but we didn't avail of a round as it was too hot. It was about 34 degrees most days. The apartment has a mobile air conditioning unit which worked well. We would certainly recommend this apartment and we hope to come back in the future.

This property would suit anybody looking for a quiet location but close to all the amenities We have only recently bought this property so some refurbishment work needs to be done but the property is clean and ideal for those who are just looking for somewhere to stay while enjoying Vilamoura.

What makes this property unique

A quiet location, with only 34 other apartments so the pool is never busy. Sometimes you have to yourself. It is ideally situated for the marina, beach and supermarket.There is a family crazy golf situated five minute walk away .There is also Tennis and Tennis paddle club five minute walk away which also has a restaurant and bar which is open all day .They are both easy to book .
