Very nice 2 room apartment for 4 people Lacanau Océan, with Ocean Front Pools

50 meters from the beach (no road to cross) T2 (25 m2) offering great benefits, all comfort, wooden floors in all rooms. Located in a very quiet area and close to shops and the city center. Raised ground floor not overlooked with a view of the dunes and the forest, on the small parking side.
Very well equipped (this apartment is used by the owner and rented only in July-August) with furniture, household appliances (induction hob dishwasher, microwave) and HIFI video TV (LED flat screen TV 82cm, DIVX DVD player , BOSE multimedia speaker system for computer or IPHONE).

Living room (convertible 140x200), opening onto a balcony with garden furniture, facing south, (early morning sun for the whole day, protected from prevailing north and west winds). Plenty of storage.

1 bike available.
1 small pet accepted.

Cleaning issues

Very nice flat. BUT there is No wifi and it is not possible to purchase wifi. You cannot get the key at 3pm and the key holder turns up late. Black sludge in toilet when we arrived. We paid 50 euros to have the flat cleaned and the owner demaned more money despite the flat being very small. We received abusive emails from the cleaner/keyholder.

L'appartement est très bien situé , tout près de l'océan pour le plaisir et assez près du centre ville pour ne pas être trop isolés et pour le coté pratique : emplacement idéal. Le rez de chaussée également est appréciable surtout avec un enfant. L'équipement est correct et propre.

Excellent séjour à Lacanau Océan

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances au sein d’une résidence avec piscine calme et agréable. L'appartement est comme dans l’annonce, conforme aux descriptions, confortable et fonctionnel. A une minute à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes des commerces, nul besoin de voiture pendant notre séjour. Bref nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Vacances sans voiture !

Famille avec 2 adolescentes de 15 ans, nous avons passé une superbe semaine sans avoir besoin de notre voiture car tout est rapidement accessible : 1mn de la piscine, 3mn de la plage, 5mn des premières commerces, 10mn du centre ... on ne peut faire mieux ! L'appartement est fidèle aux descriptions et l'adresse à retenir.

Location sympa à Lacanau Océan

Location parfaite, très bonne tenue, il ne manque rien. Pour les surfeurs la mer est à 50 m et pour les golfeurs, le magnifique golf de Lacanau à 3km, sinon la piscine de la résidence. Je recommande cette location.

Supers vacances...!!!

La description de la location reflète en tout point la réalité. Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable accompagné de bons conseils "pratico pratiques " en terme de loisirs, de commerces... La déco style "loft" de l'appartement est très sympa. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'appartement était très propre. De plus, il présente une très bonne situation géographique proche de toutes commodités et toutes activivtés de loisirs ( commerces, restaurants, restauration à emporter, OTSI, marché, pharmacie...et pistes cyclabes, mer, piscine, étangs, réserves naturelles...) Ce dernier est situé dans une résidence familiale où chacun a été respectueueux des autres. Nous recommandons cette location, d'ailleurs nous même y reviendrons...

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans l'appartement .La résidence est tres bien située, proche du centre tres animes, tres proche de la plage (50 m).L appartement est comme dans l annonce, décoré avec gout, pratique ou il ne manque rien.Les restaurants ainsi que le supermaches sont à 5 mn à pied.Pour preuve, nous n avons utilisé la voiture qu'une seule fois en quinze jours et c'etait pour aller chez le medecin (5km aller/retour). Nous étions quatre (ma femme et mes 2 filles de 9 et 12 ans) Une adresse ou nous retournerons Je conseille donc cette location les yeux fermés.

Appartement très agréable et très confortable

Sa situation à l'abri des vents dominants m'a particulièrement plu ...malgré les caprices de la météo, nous avons régulièrement pris notre petit déjeuner sur le balcon, au levant, à l'écoute des vagues et des chants des oiseaux ...car les relations humaines dans cette résidence restent bien respectueuses de la quiétude d'ambiance ...sportifs et amoureux de la nature font bon ménage !!! Appartement très pratique à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces : bien meublé avec de nombreux rangements, un bon coin -cuisine, de bons lits, une belle prestation hifi électro-ménager .... En un mot, tout est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce !!! Et, j'y retournerai !!!

bon accueil, appartement très propre, beau mobilier, très bonne literie, bien décoré. Petit lave vaiselle mais appréciable. Résidence Calme, et bien située.
