We do supply a starter supply of basic necessities, but if you are finding less than adequate amounts of anything then please give us a call and we are happy to drop off more. We have replaced the baking pan and any other kitchen items as needed in our kitchen inventory process :) Yes - as we state in the listing this condo is a short walk across the plaza to the main lift at Purg. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to the lack of air conditioning. As is the case with most properties in the area, AC is not an amenity for this condo. We provide floor fans, and suggest that guests open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. Typically this will keep properties in the area plenty cool. We value your perspective and hope that, despite this challenge, you were able to enjoy other aspects of your stay. We would love the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with an improved and more comfortable experience. Unfortunately the weather is always changing year to year and very unpredictable here in Colorado! The month of July was hotter than usual and none of us who live here even expected the high temperatures that July brought. May we suggest if you come back to stay with us in the future to come in June, August, or September. Typically those months are cooler. We also do not list on our website if a property does not have air conditioning. We rather list what amenities it does have. Hopefully that makes sense to you! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your overall stay here with us!

As you mentioned, properties in the north county area don't have air conditioning so what you described to cool it down is accurate with opening windows/doors and closing them during the day to keep the cool air in. Always feel free to call us if you find yourself needing additional fans and we are happy to bring them to you because we want your stay to be comfortable :) It was an unusually warm summer as well. I'm so sorry the piece of glass got missed by the vacuum cleaner! Other than that, we are glad you enjoyed the property and we do hope you come back to stay with us again soon for the ski season where it will certainly be cooler ;)

We do not advertise any A/C in the unit as most units in the north Durango area do not have air conditioning. The dishes are clean, there is just hard water in the area so what you see are hard water stains. We provide a bottle of lemishine to wash with to help combat the water stains - but they are clean. Please always call us if you are missing something we believe should be included in the kitchen supplies like a cutting board. Your stay was during a heat wave in the area so I apologize it was warmer than usual during the day. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you enjoyed your time in Durango!
