Through large windows, guests are in constant connection with nature and a suggestive view of the sea and the Isola dei Cavoli.

The apartment on the first and last floor has the following spaces on one level: • sea view living room [air conditioned] with fully equipped kitchen • double bedroom with sea view [air conditioned] with wardrobe and access to the terrace • covered terrace overlooking the courtyard complete with table with 4 seats • bathroom with sink - shower - WC and bidet.

It is possible to accommodate up to two additional guests thanks to sofa beds, equipped with real mattresses [modular without cluttering up additional space photo n ° 13]. Modern fixtures ensure perfect brightness and ventilation. Air conditioning and heating are guaranteed by 2 efficient Split SHARP, which make the apartment livable even during the cold season. Ollastu 1 can accommodate up to 4 adult guests but is ideal for couples and small families with 1-2 children. The Wi-Fi internet connection is free and unlimited, it is spread from the ground floor therefore very high surfing speeds are not guaranteed. On the ground floor there is a shared covered veranda, equipped with two external hot showers and barbecue [photos from n ° 18 to 24] The vehicle can be parked for free in the open space in front of the entrance.

DISTRICT and LOCATION: We are in one of the best locations in Villasimius. The position to the southwest of the town allows you to rest peacefully, away from the confusion of nightlife. The area facing the house is devoid of buildings and characterized by low vegetation.
The street where the apartment is located has no exits and is not involved in road or pedestrian traffic. Villasimius is a very lively village. It is impossible to get bored in the evening, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, and the shopping street, Sardinian handicrafts and traditional food shops. The country, inhabited by locals all year round, offers all the services to enjoy a holiday full of fun, nightlife and bathing and recreational activities.
