L'appartamento si trova in una buona posizione, a 5/10 minuti dal centro a piedi e a 5/15 minuti max dalle spiagge in macchina. Vicinissimo al supermercato Eurospin e all'area ecologica. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Appartamento consigliato, provvisto di lavatrice, condizionatore, microonde, barbecue e stoviglie. Se vogliamo trovare un difetto, il letto cigola con materasso poco comodo e molte zanzare causate dal verde circostante.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, zweckmäßig wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Fahrzeug wäre von Vorteil, zu Fuß in die Stadtzentrum 10 - 15 Min, zu den Stränden zu Fuß ...etwas zu weit!

IDEALE PER DUE, COMODO, E BEN ACCESSORIATO
Ho affittato l'appartamento durante la settimana di ferragosto e ne sono rimasta soddisfatta.
L'annuncio corrisponde perfettamente alle fotografie.
Ideale per due persone, l'appartamento è ben accessoriato, confortevole,molto carino e soprattutto PULITO.
Si trova in una zona tranquilla a nord del paese, per arrivare in centro a piedi ci si impiega 10/12 minuti.
Per i più giovani la discoteca è a 3 minuti in motorino e 10 minuti a piedi.
A poca distanza è stato aperto un nuovo supermercato, mentre l'altra grande catena di supermercati è comunque a breve distanza anche a piedi.
Grande disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario su qualsiasi cosa.
CONSIGLIATISSIMO anche per ragazzi giovani.
( Noi abbiamo 21 anni)
Sulla località sono molto soddisfatta, spiagge bellissime e Villasimius è ricca di vita anche per i giovani.

Ottima scelta!
Ottima soluzione, casa pulita e ben fornita. Il proprietario ha anche lasciato ombrelloni e altri oggetti utili, lo abbiamo molto apprezzato. Unica nota storta i gatti che ogni tanto sporcavano il terrazzo, ma alla fine un problema minimo. La posizione è buona, subito fuori dal paese e vicino all'ingresso della statale. C'è un supermarket eurospin a pochi metri e un conad a 10minuti a piedi.

vacanza in pieno relax, a pochi minuti si raggiungeva il centro molto carino , e il mare , calette bellissime " porto giunco e cala pira" le piu' belle acqua caraibica.
il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile e da non dimenticare il loro accento simpatici.... il prossimo anno da ritornarci.

Appartamento confortevole, ben arredato e fornito, a venti minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con supermarket a pochi passi. Una vacanza bellissima in un posto meraviglioso, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e proprietario dell'appartamento più che disponibile e simpatico. Consigliatissimo.

L'alloggio corrisponde a foto e descrizione. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per due persone.
L'appartamento è provvisto praticamente di tutto.
Se devo trovare un difetto, ma io sono pignola e ho il sonno leggero, il materasso non è comodissimo e le pareti sono così sottili che si sentono i vicini tirare l'acqua :)

L'appartamento era pulito...
L'appartamento era pulito e tutto ha funzionato per il meglio; situato in un contesto tranquillo e poco rumoroso, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare villasimius e per gite fuori porta.
Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa nostra.

"Il proprietario dell''appartamento è stato davvero gentile; ci ha consigliato luoghi e percorsi da visitare in modo molto dettagliato e utilissimo.
L''appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione indicata nel sito e appena arrivati ci è sembrato di essere a casa nostra, per la cura del dettaglio di ogni cosa, dai soprammobili alla biancheria in generale, tutto utilizzato come una seconda casa e tutto pulito e a posto. La zona è tranquilla e molto comoda al centro del paese e alle attrezzature necessarie.
Nel com plesso siamo più che soddisfatti e speriamo di tornare presto, anche perchè Villasimius ha dei panorami davvero bellissimi!
Consiglierò sicuramente questo appartamento ad altri!"

"Alloggio pulitissimo in un contesto molto tranquillo e "strategico". Il proprietario è veramente cortese come pochi!. Appena arrivati l''accoglienza è stata fantastica. Infatti l''alloggio è organizzatissimo e pieno di quelle piccole cose che ti fanno sentire a casa e non solo, anche i consigli relativi ai servizi e alla zona che ci ha fornito il proprietario sono stati utilissimi, abbiamo persino trovato nell''alloggio diversi biglietti da visita di locali, una mappa di Cagliari con i posti da non perdere, ecc... davvero incredibile! Lo ringraziamo parecchio per questo e speriamo davvero di poter ritornare in quel posto meraviglioso!"
