Very well equipped appartment, very spacious, a nice terrace. But the parking slot in the garage does Not really fit the description. It's too narrow, even for a small car. And parking facilities in the area are very shy.

We have already updated the description to clarify that the parking space is for a small car and not for a medium-sized one, since, as you mention, if the neighbor’s car is parked it can indeed be difficult to maneuver.
