The apartment is set in lush tropical gated gardens for extra safety and security for your family or friends.

Enjoy the selection of 2 family friendly swimming pools set in beautiful grounds a stones throw from the front door. Life guards are on site during the summer season.

Fully refurbished to a high standard ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxed chilled holiday. Our apartment is kept to standard shown in the photographs. No photoshop.

The Apartment offers both Air Conditioning and Heating so a great rental for both Summer & Winter.

Offering a spacious lounge & dinning area, with 42 inc LCD TV & DVD player & free WIFI.

A fully loaded kitchen with Washing machine, Dishwasher, Large Fridge freezer/Oven & Hob/ Microwave/Coffee maker/ Toaster & Kettle. Everything is provided should you wish to cook.

Each bedroom includes 2 single beds, the master is set up with a very large double bed, but this can be split into two singles on request. en-suite facilities with a bath /shower to the master. The second bedroom bathroom has its own bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

We have provided a Safe, a 2300 watt hair dryer, Iron and ironing board for your convenience. Bath & Hand towels are also available so all you need to pack is your clothes & sun tan cream. (Beach towels are not included)

Fully equipped south facing terrace to enjoy ..... whilst watching the sun go down over the mountains.

Check in time 2 pm on day of arrival.
Check out 11 am on day of departure.

Lieber Gill, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Casares. Die Wohnung war genau, wie beschrieben und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt, das Personal besonders am Pool sehr freundlich. Begonia hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und hat sich super schnell um die Reperatur der Balkontüre gekümmert, die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt, danke dafür. Alles in Allem hatte wir eine tolle Zeit und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Susanne, Frank und Benedikt

Un voyage inoubliable sur la Costa del Sol

Nous avons séjourné dans un coin de pays magnifique. Les gens de la région sont sympathiques et surtout accueillants. L’employé de la piscine a été d’une délicatesse et d’une amabilité avec nous. Wow... Le logement était bien divisé . Avoir 2 salles de bain a été très pratique. Nous avons pu faire notre lavage régulièrement, cela a été très utile.Un espace de stationnement au sous-sol de l’immeuble était des plus pratique et sécuritaire. Nous avons aimé notre séjour.

We chose this property as its in a great location to utilize both East & West facilities on the Coast.

Enjoy relaxing in the quite settings of the apartment's beautiful grounds and nearby sandy beaches or get into the hustle and bustle of both traditional Spanish towns of Sabinillas or Estepona.

Slightly further afield is the famous Marbella or at the other end of the Coast Gibraltar and the Costa Del Luz.
