Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Madame Guerin : l'appartement correspond complètement à l'annonce nous n'avons eu qu'a poser nos valises et profiter . L'endroit est calme et la terrasse tres agréable. Les commerces ( boulangerie, intermarché..) et la plage sont accessibles a max 10 min à pieds.Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances

Vacances très sympa avec un emplacement idéalement situé proche de la mer à pieds. Seul petit bémol, dommage que les serviettes ni même un torchon et une éponge soit fournie. (Devoir aller en acheter à l'arrivée ça gache un peu les choses...) En plus du fait du Covid nous n'avons pas eu l'accès au Jacuzzi annoncé dans l'annonce et l'avons appris une fois sur place. Nous aurions apprécié le savoir avant car c'était le gros plus de notre choix sur l'appartement. Sinon propriétaire très sympa et agréable qui est disponible et accueillante.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement avec nos 3 ados. La location est confortable, au calme et bien équipée. La plage est facile d'accès, et Saint Cyr est une station familiale agréable. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du spa cette semaine suite aux mesures sanitaires, mais nous reviendrons certainement ;) !

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidable, au calme au milieu des oliviers et à quelques minutes de la mer. Le gite est conforme à la description, très propre et fonctionnel. Schöne Ferienwohnung - ganz nah zum Strand

Sehr gepflegte, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit hübscher Terrasse. Ruhig gelegen (der Zug fährt zwar nur ca. 100 Meter hinter dem Haus, aber uns hat es nicht gestört). Zum Strand sind es keine zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Auch Restaurants, großer Supermarkt und Bäcker sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, mit den zwei Fahrrädern, die zu der Wohnung gehören, geht es noch schneller. Das Auto haben wir nur für Ausflüge gebraucht. Sehr nette Betreuung durch Mme Guerin, die bei Ankunft schon zwei Flaschen Wein für uns kalt gelegt hatte. Kühlschrank, Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine sind neu und hochwertig. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien ist nicht üppig, aber okay. Geschirr und Besteck gibt es reichlich. St. Cyr sur Mer ist ein hübscher Ferienort, der ideal für Ausflüge nach Marseille, Toulon, Aix en Provence etc. geeignet ist. Auch Wanderwege (z. B. entlang der Küste oder in den Weinbergen) sind gut ausgeschildert und wunderschön. Ein kleiner Hinweis zum Schluss, weil die Beschreibung etwas verwirrend ist: Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer mit einem WC, kein WC separat. Für uns war das kein Problem, denn dafür ist das Badezimmer hell und relativ groß.

Magnifique appartement très spacieux!!! On se sent comme chez soi !! Les proprios vraiment très sympas!! Nous y sommes allés en juillet 2012 . La station balnéaire très sympa et tous peut se faire sans voiture!! La famille de Bruyne de belgique Et bien le bonjour aux proprios ;)

I have a passion for decorating and gardening, and am pleased to offer you a very nice apartment in an exceptional green setting, with hundred-year-old olive trees in front of the terrace, as well as a magnificent eucalyptus tree. I would love to show you the best places to visit: wine cellars full of Bandol's best wines, located within an area of 10 sq.km; hiking trails from Lecques to Bandol (coastal hike); medieval villages (Le Castellet, Evenos, La Cadière-d'Azur).

Why they chose this property

The property has been owned by my family for years. I spent my entire childhood here, as did the children, who thoroughly enjoyed their holidays, which were spurred by the tennis competitions in the wonderful Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer tennis club, located 400 m from the property. The numerous activities in the area are sure to guarantee an unforgettable holiday: water sports, swimming, hiking or bicycle trips, sailing school, night markets in the village of Lecques, Bandol wine tastings, visits to the oil mills, sea tours, etc.
Great for all guests, young and old.

What makes this property unique

Fully equipped: Wifi, flat-screen TV, coffee makers (including Nespresso!), comfortable, high quality beds (I don't want my guests to have to endure foam mattresses as I did when renting!), terrace with barbecue and deck chairs to relax against a beautiful green backdrop.
And let's not forget the ping-pong table in the garden.
I am certain that this apartment is excellent value and I am committed to having it stay that way.
A great advantage: you will be close to everything, but the apartment is on a peaceful, green, and secure property. Although your vehicle will have its own private parking spot, you will not need it, since everything is within walking or biking distance.
Midseason holidays are very enjoyable in Saint-Cyr and Les Lecques:
- In May-June, the days are long and sunny, and the coast in Var is green and flowery. On nice days you can go tanning, swimming, biking, or visit the coast and islands on a boat, all very comfortable and relaxing.
- In September-October, Indian summers are becoming increasingly frequent, and the water is still warm enough for swimming.
The countryside in Var is magnificent: it's the wine and olive harvest season.
There are fewer people, and it is a great time to wander about and visit beautiful villages like Le Castellet, La Cadière, and Evenos (a medieval village).
Please do not hesitate to call me for additional information (Mme Guérin); I would be delighted to offer you the best value for a few days of relaxation in a very well-equipped apartment, located amid ample greenery and at a very affordable cost.
