Estimado cliente: Acerca de la limpieza hemos verificado que duranbte su estancia no nos notificó ningun problema, de haberlo notificado, el miso día habriamos enviado una limpiadora a repasar el apartamento, no obstante le pedimos disculpas. La Tv no está incluida y asi se indica en la descripción del apartamento que pasamos a la agencias, sentimos que la agencia que le hizo la reserva no le haya informado. Son Televisores de una empresa externa que las gestiona y alquila, a caqmbio si tiene cualquier problema, no se que sin Tv, se la cambian, le dejan una nueva y la estropeada la reparan

Estava bem situado,com uma boa vista para a praia , Podiam melhorar a limpeza ao apartamento ,e as condições na cozinha . Faltavam alguns utensílios

Great place to stay

Location great. Accommodation a little bit tired but fine for the price. Tennis courts were kept locked by the porters who are only there in the morning and after 5 so perhaps tennis playing residents could be issued with tennis court keys on request? Other than that a real effort is made here by the porters to keep the sunbathing areas really clean and tidy. Location is perfect - 200m to old town, 200m to British strip, 200m to beach!!! It was great although it would be possible I think to sometimes allow access before 5pm on request?

About tennis court, is the porter and administrator of the common areas who decide about opening times, anyway we will get in touch with them in order to try to modify the opening times. La localizacion Los colchones y almohadas, estan muy usados y no se desanda bien en ellos

Hola: Muchas gracias por su valoración y comentarios. Hemos revisado nuestros avisos de problemas durante sus fechas de estancia y no hemos encontrado nada. De habernos avisado habríamos comprobado los colchones y se habrían cambiado de inmediato. Hoy mismo vamos a pasar por el apartamento para ver el estado y sustituirlos de ser necesario.
