It is located 300 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport, 6 km from the Golf course, 8 km from "El Albir", 38 km from the "Alicante" train station and is located in a residential area and next to the sea.

It has a lift, terrace, iron, safe (for rent), electric radiator heating, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building (communal parking, without guaranteed parking space), TV (for rent), Wifi (for rent).



ONE OF THE APARTMENTS IS ADAPTED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY (CONSULT), EXCEPT FOR THE SHOWER ACCESS WHICH IS A NORMAL SHOWER



The American kitchen, electric, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.



We can accept pets with the following limitations: Dogs, up to the weight indicated in the apartment sheet 6-10 kg, if they are larger, consult us first. Cats, only if they do not have claws. Other pets that stay in cages (canaries, hamsters, etc.) on the condition that they never leave their cage. Clients are responsible for damages or disturbances caused both in the apartment, common areas, and to third parties. Animals must be dewormed and up to date with vaccinations and civil liability insurance.

Cracking view, good location to new town. Sheets and linen clean. Appartment very dated In need of a complete refurbisment. Lots of damaged items. Not very clean.

ubicacion,, en general todo bastante bien me encontre el tendedero roto, llame para comunicarlo, me dijeron me lo cambiarian y acabados mis 10 dias de estancia , NO SE ME CAMBIO
