Villa Blanca provides the perfect individual private contemporary living space, with full glass sliding doors that open directly on to the terrace with private swimming and water fountain (pool heating is an optional extra charge 20 euros per day), enclosed patios with off road parking. Take the option of the large rooftop solarium to enjoy the sun all day long complete with outdoor BBQ. (Please note that as from 2022 we no longer have a hot tub.)
Perfectly located, only 800 meters from the popular beaches of Lo Pagan yet conveniently close to Murica International airport (30 mins drive) and Alicante Airport (50 mins drive).“Dos Mares” shopping center is just on the doorstep 2.5km away, an excellent shopping area with supermarkets, restaurants, boutique shops and a cinema. Open 365 days a year.
Perfect for walks and leisure, the promenade of Santiago de la Ribera and Lo Pagan are a total delight throughout the day and evening, with countless restaurants to choose from, and some great little tapas bars just by the sea, or the ever popular marina. This area has a thalassotherapy spa and also offers a variety of sports activities, including seasonal water sports, with excellent golf courses very close by!

Beautiful Property

Beautiful, well equipped and modern villa. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Pool was fantastic and very much enjoyed throughout the stay. Beach, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Cristina and Kay were very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay! The pool was very nice and had a large step that was great for our kids to play on.The beds were comfortable. Air condition was great. Washing machine was in the pool closet outside, but worked well. WiFi worked well.There were several small amenities at the house that made the stay great: shopping trolly for groceries, pool floaters, extra blankets, etcThe neighborhood is quiet and about a 10 minute walk to the beach/town. The mall and supermarkets are 5 minute drive (30 minute walk). The only negative about the place were the VERY slippery floors and stairs. We fell several times (not just the kids). Additionally the sliding door to come in from the pool would get VERY hot and actually burned someone’s fingers tips.The host was great and very responsive.

It was how it was portrayed.All aspects were good . Think the roof terrace is not as appealing as I hoped mainly because the outside spiral staircase which was accessible via the balcony from the main bedroom . Otherwise it ticked the boxes

Overall the villa is showing signs of wear and tear. Many issues are evident. Its advertised as a modern luxury property but that's not the case. Photos seem years out of date. Broken lounge cupboard catch held on with Blu tac, damaged induction hob, worn out cooking equipment, missing pool tiles, pool fountain doesn't work, pieces of plastic screening in the pool, NO WELCOME PACK which is mentioned in the confirmation details, dirty ashtray in the lounge cupboard, damaged glass on the bedside table in one of the twin bedrooms, dirty and stained mattress protectors, BBQ sink leaking onto the floor despite having plumbing, inaccessible solarium for someone with mobility issues, outside plastic furniture is shabby and dirty, fridge water dispenser is filthy as is the microwave. The water pressure is awful and you can't run water in more than one shower at a time. Wouldn't stay here again. Too far away from shops restaurants and supermarkets

Fantastic villa

Just back from a brilliant fortnight in this stunning villa. Spotlessly clean, very well appointed with everything you could need for a perfect holiday. Beds are very comfortable and bedrooms have shutters to keep out the sunlight. Outside there are sun loungers, a table and chairs for eating outside and a table tennis table. On the roof there is a huge bbq, more sun loungers and another table and chairs. We spent many an evening sitting on the roof watching the sun go down. The pool was fantastic - like stepping into a hot bath. It was also frequently cleaned during our stay. The villa is within easy walking distance of both the beach and lots of restaurants, so you don’t need a car if you don’t want to drive. Finally, correspondence with Kay the owner was great - quick helpful responses to any questions we had. In San Pedro Cristina and Julio are at the end of a phone call if needed. Overall a great holiday - a lovely villa in a really nice authentic Spanish town. We look forward to going back!

2 Week stay

Pros: Excellent communication with Kay before the holiday. All questions answered in a timely manner. Location was brilliant. 10 minutes to walk to all amenities that were needed. Beds were comfortable & great air-con in the villa. Didn’t need a car & easy to book taxi for those places that were a little further. Pool size was really good & pictures not deceiving. Cons: The floors both inside & outside the villa were extremely slippery especially if people were in & out the pool often. This made it difficult for those who were slightly wet & for young children. Daughter who was 2 could have very easily hurt herself on many occasions. Could benefit from anti slip mats or rugs downstairs and not a tiny Mat at the door. We had to use the pool towels and make paths. Cristina who met us at the villa didn’t check in with us through the stay and the pool guy only came once when we were told he would clean the pool twice a week. Think 45 euros for a change of bedding half way through a 2 week stay is excessive especially as I had to strip and make the 7 beds back up myself. Also Think 15 euros for a change of bathroom only towels is a lot. No spare pool towels so ended up having to wash them all as different guests with us for week 2. Lastly though there are three bathrooms beware that you cannot use showers simultaneously due to cold temp and low pressure makes it difficult for large groups to get ready. Overall a pleasant visit. Tranquila, pero no es lo que esperábamos.

El primer chasco fue el precio, no estaba en euros eran libras esterlinas y después de lo que publicitan ni hay jacuzzi ni esta a pie de playa. La barbacoa esta en la terraza a la que hay que acceder por una de las habitaciones y no la hemos aprovechado por la incomodidad y porque esta sucio todo arriba. De lo que se supone que te dan de cortesía nada, 1 botella de leche, 2 de gazpacho, 1 paquete de galletas. La cascada de la piscina no funciona y alguna luz de la calle tampoco. No hay presión de agua en las duchas y tambien esta rota la tapa el desague de la piscina. La limpieza general deja mucho que desear.

Dear Guest, Your review is somewhat confusing. You are complaining about things that are clearly stated in the property description and some are out of our control. 1st complaint: The price in not in euros but pounds. There is the option on the VRBO website to change the country, it is up to the guest when booking. This is out of our control. 2nd No Jacuzzi – Please read the property description i.e. sentence number 4 say’s “… we no longer have a hot tub from 2022 ..” 3rd Not on the beach – Please read the property description sentence number 6 “located 800 meters from the popular beaches… 4th The BBQ is on the terrace – Please read the property description sentence number 5 “Take the option of the large rooftop solarium to enjoy the sun all day long complete with outdoor BBQ.” 5th Access to BBQ is through the bedroom – This is the design of the villa. Please see the on the main photo of the villa on the property description. 6th Not used the BBQ because of discomfort - You have not made it clear what your discomfort is. Perhaps you are unable to walk up the spiral staircase. The staircase is shown on the main photo of the property description. 7. Solarium is dirty – The villa is thoroughly cleaned both inside and out before each guest. The exterior gets cleaned again just before the new arrivals because of the natural red dust in the atmosphere that settles everywhere in this region each day. The property manager assures me that this was carried out. 8. Welcome pack not as you expected – I am sorry you feel that you feel you didn’t receive your complete pack. We do not have to provide a welcome pack. We care about our guests and want them to feel at home and relaxed when they arrive, we provide above and beyond most holiday rentals. I am assured from the property manager that everything was left. 9. The waterfall not working – The property manager does not recall you asking for the instructions on how to turn on the waterfall. We would have been more than happy to let you know, or come and turned it on for you. 10. Street lights not working – The street lights are the property of Murcia county council. This is out of our control. 11. No water pressure in the showers – We checked with the neighboring villa’s and all have the same pressure. Please note that they are normal showers and not power showers. Our showers provide a decent shower. 12. Drain cover broken – There are no drain covers in the property. We are disappointed that you have written such a review whilst as a guest you never brought any issues to our attention. Upon leaving the property manager said that you were very happy and had a wonderful time. The last 4 reviews we had, 2 of them were 5 * and 2 of them were 4* which shows that are guests agree that we are providing an excellent service.

Mooie villa in rustige wijk

Schitterende week gehad in de Villa. Zeer recent gebouwd met alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie badkamers. Schitterende keuken met amarrikaanse frigo. Zwembad 30 graden maar daarvoor moest je 20 euro per dag bijbetalen. Heel nette rustige mooie wijk niet ver van het strand! Frisse kamers en leuk terras!

Séjour bon mais attention

Nous avons loué la villa pour une semaine. Comment expliquer? Elle est magnifique. D’un luxe irréprochable et nous avons vraiment trouvé dommage que le prix et l’entretien ne soit pas à la hauteur de la villa. Mobilier usé/cassé. Lave vaisselle qui lave mal on a du tout laver à la main. Jaccuzi cassé (la propriétaire avait prévenu avant que je réserve). Les meubles sont pas top. Cassés et certains réparé avec du scotch. Le canapé est pas top.. le parasol de la terasse est cassé... La porte du parking extérieur est cassée. On a du laisser la voiture à l’extérieur insécurisée. Il n’y avait pas trop de place pour les transats dans le jardin. Pas de chaîne hi-fi alors que mentionné. Pas de vélos alors que mentionnés. Pas de lit bébé en supplément alors que mentionné.. Voilà les point négatifs . Ce sont des points qui devraient à prioris même pas exister vu le prix demandé et vu la magnifique villa qui est proposée. Une villa comme ça se doit d’être au top du top. C’est du gâchis. Attention : pas adéquat aux enfants en bas âge. Insécurité partout et pas de lit bébé ni chaise haute. Heureusement Cristina a tout fait pour nous aider à trouver un lit bébé le jour de notre arrivée. Merci à elle 🙏 Pour le côté positif, quartier calme. Villa propre et moderne. Climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. Plusieurs chambres et plusieurs salles de bains. Une superbe piscine et à quelques minutes du centre et de la plage! Un toit magnifique avec un super bbq. Lits très confortables.. Cristina super gentille et serviable. Bonne communication En gros nous avons passé de bonnes vacances mais pour pas grand chose elles auraient pu être inoubliables .

Perfect Villa for 8 people (e.g. two families)

Check-in Procedure was very easy and so flexible, perfect for anyone. The House is super clean, so modern and absolutely stunning. Great Pool which was cleaned after 4-5 days of a 10 day stay. Kitchen provides everything you need, including an ice-cube-machine in the fridge. Air-conditioning works fast and cools the whole House down. Service is unbeatable and they try to Help to with everything you need. Had a great stay, better than expected. Hope to stay in this House ASAP again.

publicité mensongère!!!!

cette maison ne vaut absolument pas le prix demandé. la maison était sale et super mal entretenu. douche rouillée, pas de pression d'eau. dans le déscritif il était annoncé, un billard, des vélos, une chaine hifi, etc... mais il n y avait rien de tout ca. des serviettes sales pour se laver, un barbecue dégoutant et tout rouillé dont le bouton d'allumage était cassé. les meubles cassés et collé avec du scotch et un divant plein de trous. le parasol de la terrasse cassé! et le jacuzzi en panne. et j'en passe, je ne conseille absolument pas cette maison qui devait être très belle au début mais qui est malheureusement très mal entretenu.

VACACIONES EN VILLABLANCA

Han sido unas vacaciones magníficas. La casa es muy funcional. Nos ha encantado la piscina, el jacuzzi, la barbacoa... Se puede cenar y pasar una gran velada en la terraza. El trato con Cristina y Julio ha sido estupendo. Para ir en familia o con amigos, un lugar perfecto. Buenas comunicaciones. Cerca de las playas, aunque nosotros nos hemos movido principalmente en coche. Unas vacaciones para recordar.

5* villa... Close to airport, beach, bars and restaurants.

We returned last night from an amazing 10 night stay at villa blanca as a party of 9 ( two families). The villa is fabulous... Really clean, decorated and kitted out to a really high standard. Every mod con that you could need on holiday was there ( BBQ, microwave, English channels on tv, DVD library of films, table tennis, full kitchen utensils, floats for the pool, washing machine, hot tub). We were also gifted a welcome pack of food and drinks on arrival. Lovely touch!! The villa is around 10 mins from Murcia airport and within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets... So no need for a car!! Kay was fantastic to correspond with throughout and the team that manage the property in Spain were amazing.. So knowledgeable about the local area too. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

After a lot of searching I found this hidden gem. Living close to Gatwick airport means that after a long week working in London it is feasible for us to jump on an Easyjet flight to Murica and have the weekend in the Villa and still get home at a reasonable time on Sunday night.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this beautiful contemporary style villa and modified its interior to suit our family of 6. One of the double bedrooms with en-suite is on the ground floor, which ideally accommodates guests that are unable to climb stairs. We enjoy the ease of walking to the beach and local bars/restaurants. Being so close to the airport and having some local Spanish supermarkets on the door step means that you do not have to hire a car. I love the fact that the area in not commercialized and is very Spanish yet still have all the necessary holiday facilities that anyone could possibly want.

What makes this property unique

There is an additional cost of 25 euros per day for the pool heating to enable swimming all year round.
